[摘要] 目的 研究金关固精方联合復方利多卡因乳膏治疗原发性早泄的效果。 方法 选取2012年1月～2016年1月在广州中医药大学附属广东省中医院珠海医院门诊就诊的45例原发性早泄患者作为研究对象，并将其随机分为A组和B组。A组患者于性交前阴茎头涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏，B组患者在A组治疗的基础上口服中药金关固精方。两组均治疗4周，治疗前后分别观察两组患者阴道内射精潜伏期（IELT），采用中国早泄患者性功能评价表（CIPE-5）评价疗效，并记录不良事件发生情况。 结果 治疗后，两组患者IELT均长于治疗前（P < 0.01），两组治疗后IELT比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。两组患者CIPE-5评分均高于治疗前（P < 0.01），且B组CIPE-5评分高于A组（P < 0.01），其中B组CIPE-5量表中的性生活满意度、焦虑紧张程度评分均高于A组（P < 0.01、P < 0.05）。A组患者药物副作用发生率高于B组（P < 0.05）。 结论 金关固精方联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗原发性早泄效果确切，并且中药复方可以降低复方利多卡因引起的药物副作用。

Efficacy of Jinguan Gujing Decoction combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of Jinguan Gujing Decoction combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation. Methods Forty-five cases of patients with primary premature ejaculation treated in the Outpatient Clinic of Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into group A and B. The patients of group A were applied to glans with Compound Lidocaine Cream before sexual intercourse. The patients of group B were applied with oral administration of Chinese herbal Compound Jinguan Gujing Decoction on the basis of the treatment of group A. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The intravaginal ejaculation latency time （IELT） of the two groups before and after treatment was observed， the efficacy was evaluated by Chinese index of premature ejaculation-5 （CIPE-5）， and the adverse drug events were recorded. Results After treatment， the IELT of patients in the two groups was much longer than those before treatment （P < 0.01）， the IELT after treatment between the two groups had no statistically significant differences （P > 0.05）. The scores of CIPE-5 after treatment in the two groups were both higher than those before treatment （P < 0.01）， and the score of CIPE-5 in the group B was higher than that in the group A （P < 0.01）. The scores of sexual life satisfaction and degree of anxiety of CIPE-5 in group B were both higher than those of group A （P < 0.01， P < 0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug events in group A was higher than that in group B （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Jinguan Gujing Decoction combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream in the treatment of primary premature ejaculation has definite effects， and Chinese herbal can decrease the adverse drug events caused by Compound Lidocaine Cream.

早泄（premature ejaculation）是常见的男性性功能障碍，发病率为20%～40%。早泄的定义一直存在争议，近来国际性医学会以循证医学为基础，提出原发性早泄的定义：早泄是一种男性性功能障碍，其特征为：总是或几乎总是在进入阴道之前，或进入阴道后约1 min内射精；完全或几乎完全不能在进入阴道后延迟射精；以及消极的个人结果，苦恼、焦虑、挫折感，和/或不愿进行性活动[1]。早泄的治疗方法较多，但疗效评价不一。本研究中采用金关固精方联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗原发性早泄取得较好的效果，现报道如下：
