[摘要]目的 探讨中药龙血竭肠溶衣片治疗眼外肌麻痹患者的临床效果。方法 选择我院2009年10月～2016年5月诊治的46例46眼首发双眼复视确诊眼外肌麻痹患者作为研究对象，采用中药龙血竭肠溶衣片口服，3次/d，2.4 g/次，连续服用3个月，比较每个月的总有效率变化及病程与疗效的关系。结果 治疗第1个月的总有效率为84.78%，第2个月的总有效率为91.30%，第3个月的总有效率为97.83%，三组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。在疗效与病程的关系中，发病时间愈短，治疗愈早，疗效就愈好。结论 中药龙血竭肠溶片可以有效治疗眼外肌麻痹所致的复视。

Effect observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating 46 cases of extraocular muscle paralysis

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets in treating patients with extraocular muscle paralysis.Methods 46 patients with extraocular muscle paralysis （46 eyes） who first diagnosed as binocular diplopia in our hospital from October 2009 to May 2016 were selected.All patients were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets，triple a day and 2.4 g one time for continue 3 months.The change of total effective rate in each and the relationship between the course of disease and curative effect were compared.Results After treatment for 1，2 and 3 months，the total effective rate were respectively 84.78%，91.30% and 97.83%，the difference was significant among three groups （P<0.05）.In the relationship between the course of disease and curative effect，the shorter the onset time and the earlier the treatment，the better the effect.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Longxuejie Enteric Coated Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of diplopia caused by extraocular muscle paralysis.

眼外肌麻痹是近年来眼科临床常见病，病因较为复杂，主要是由于支配眼外肌的神经核、神经、神经肌肉接头或眼外肌本身病变所致。另外，眼外伤、病毒性感冒和一些全身性疾病如糖尿病等均可导致眼外肌麻痹。眼外肌麻痹的病因也见于糖尿病、流行性脑炎、脑肿瘤、外伤性颅脑损伤、脑震荡、高血压动脉硬化、眶内疾病等。由于致病因素及病变的部位不同，眼外肌麻痹的临床表现亦有差异。由于其病种繁多、病因复杂、就诊时间较晚，常常使眼外肌的麻痹原因不明，导致误诊、延误治疗，影响其视觉质量的提高，因此積极寻找病因，提供确实有效的治疗手段显得尤为重要。使用安神定惊、通经络活血、清热益阴、明目平肝、消炎生肌、解毒散结、消肿止痛、抗炎抗病毒的药物可以起到改善微循环作用，此外针刺麻痹肌及球后可刺激末稍神经传导功能。本研究旨在探讨中药龙血竭肠溶衣片治疗眼外肌麻痹的临床效果，现报道如下。……
