摘 要：随着经济全球化进程的不断推进，各国对应用型、创新型等复合型高素质人才的需求日趋迫切。因此，为了快速推进我国更好、更快发展，推进中国特色社会主义建设，培养一大批综合素质与专业竞争较强的人才显得尤为重要。高校是培养与塑造优质人才的重要场所，需要鼓励人才在现代社会中扎稳脚步，实现自主创新，亦需深入研究人才培养模式在高校教育教学改革中重大作用。基于此，文章以现代高校教学改革发展趋势为切入点，分析了高校应用型人才培养的重要内涵和具体思路，以期为高校教学改革的优化提供理论参考。

Abstract： With the development of economic globalization， the demand for high-quality talents such as application-oriented and innovation-oriented is becoming more and more urgent. Therefore， in order to promote the better and faster development of our country， to promote the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics， cultivating a large number of comprehensive qualities and professional competition of talent is particularly important. Colleges and universities are important places to cultivate and mold high quality talents. They need to encourage talented people to take a steady step in modern society and realize independent innovation. It is also necessary to deeply study the important role of talent cultivation mode in the reform of higher education. Based on this， this paper， with the trend of modern university teaching reform as the breakthrough point， analyzes the important connotation and concrete train of thought of the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities， in order to provide theoretical reference for the optimization of teaching reform.

一、現代高校教学改革发展趋势

高校作为培养高素质人才的基地，如何培养国家与社会迫切需求的人才是改革关键所在，这需要高校在教育教学改革道路中不断摸索，探寻更适合当下的人才培养管理模式。

随着经济全球化的深入，国家之间的竞争日趋激烈，这是科技的较量，也是人才的较量。人才的重要性对国家长久健康的发展不言而喻。培育出符合当代需求的有文化，有知识，有技术，有素质的人才是时代交给当代高校的重任。因此，现代高校教学改革首要举措，即是遵循“以生为本”理念，把学生的个性发展当作教育的出发点和研究点，尊重学生，爱护学生，转变思想，以学生为本而推行高校教育管理模式改革，这是教育根本所在，也是大势所趋。……
