[摘要] 目的 分析抗酸杆菌应用缸染法抗酸染色显微镜方法进行检查的结果。方法 方便选择2008年1月—2016年1月该单位收治的100例结核病患者作为观察组，并将该单位同期收治的100例结核病患者设为对照组，予以对照组单片分置染色，予以观察组单片浸入混合染色，比较两组检查结果。 结果 观察组抗酸杆菌检出率95.00%，对照组抗酸杆菌检出率80%，对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组污染率0.00%，对照组污染率10.00%，对比差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 缸染法抗酸染色显微镜方法应用在抗酸杆菌检验中，检出率高，污染发生率较低，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of cylinder dyeing acid-fast stain microscopy method in examining the acid-fast bacilli results. Methods 100 cases of patients with tuberculosis admitted and treated in our unit from January 2008 to January 2016 were conveniently selected as the observation group， and 100 cases of patients with tuberculosis admitted and treated in our unit at the same period were selected as the control group， the control group were given the monolithic separated dyeing， while the observation group were given the monolithic immersion mixture dyeing， and the examine results were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the test rate of acid-fast bacillus between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison （95.00%vs 80.00%）（P<0.05）， and the difference in the pollution rate between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance（0.00% vs 10.00%）（P<0.05）. Conclusion The test rate of cylinder dyeing acid-fast stain microscopy method in examining the acid-fast bacilli is high and the incidence rate of pollution is lower， which is worth promotion.

結核病是我国发病率极高的一种慢性传染病，该病主要由结核杆菌感染而诱发，因此给予结核病患者应用一种可靠、操作简单的筛选方法进行检查意义重大[1-2]。在临床上预防和诊断结核疾病的途径主要是通过检测结核杆菌及分析其病理而实施的，所以，如何科学有效地检查出分支杆菌的细菌，准确迅速发现传染源对于结核病患者的临床诊治具有十分重要的意义。缸染法抗酸染色显微镜方法是当前临床检查结核病常用的方法之一，该检查方法查找患者痰液中的抗酸杆菌时，操作较简单，并不需要使用昂贵的仪器设备，同时具有极强的特异性，临床工作人员可以省去进一步确认的步骤，从而明显提高结核病控制工作的质量[3-5]。为了分析抗酸杆菌应用缸染法抗酸染色显微镜方法进行检查的结果，该文对2008年1月—2016年1月该单位收治的200例结核病患者作出研究，现报道如下。……
