摘 要 基于对埃塞俄比亚奥罗莫州津奇地区的农业状况的深入调研，分析当地主要农作物的产量水平及影响因素。研究发现：虽然埃塞俄比亚与中国都是以个体家庭为单位的农业生产方式，不过二者在主要农作物品种，单产水平，生产技术水平以及农业传统文化等方面还有較大差距。中埃农业技术示范中心的技术展示要适合当地农业生产需求，并进行有针对性的培训，积极为当地的农业生产提供技术服务，促进当地农户采纳中国的农业技术，并由此开拓更大的销售市场和争取更大的政策空间，从而实现自身的可持续发展。

Analysis of Yield of Main Crops and Its Influencing Factors in Ethiopia

Abstract A field survey of agricultural situation was made in Ginchi of Oromia region in Ethiopia to analyze the yield of main crops and its influencing factors. The analysis showed that there was still a considerable difference between Ethiopia and China in terms of major crop varieties， yield level， production technology level and agricultural traditional culture although the agricultural production in both countries are based on individual households. The agricultural technology demonstration centers when established in Ethiopia should demonstrate technologies tailored to local agricultural production needs， provide targeted training courses and technical services to improve local agricultural production technology and encourage local farmers to adopt China's agricultural technology. Only in this way can these centers seek a larger market and more favorable polices for their sustainable development.

中非农业技术合作由来已久，其主要形式有援建农业技术试验推广站，派遣农业专家技术组，培训非洲农业技术人员等。很多学者对中非农业技术合作的前景表示乐观，但是上述形式的中非农业技术合作的效果都不理想。合作效果不理想有着深刻的政治、经济和文化原因[1]，这也迫使中非不断创新合作模式。援建农业技术示范中心是2006年中非合作论坛推出的中非农业技术合作的新举措，其对于促进中非农业技术合作的效果和它自身的可持续发展从一开始就受到研究者的密切关注。不过在非洲已经建立的20座农业技术示范中心，目前只有湖北省农垦事业管理局、四川华侨凤凰集团、袁隆平农业高科技股份公司找到了自己的发展模式，农业技术示范中心的可持续发展状况堪忧[2]。……
