【摘要】目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。

方法将2013年1月～2015年5月间68例早期乳腺癌患者分为保乳组（n=35）和根治组（n=33），对比分析两组临床疗效。

结果保乳组手术时间、住院时间和术中失血量明显少于根治组（P<0.01）。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组生存情况比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。保乳组乳房美容效果和FACTB评分均明显优于根治组（P<0.01）。

结论保乳手术具有创伤小、恢复快、外观美容的优点，能显著提高早期乳腺癌患者生活质量。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of early breast cancer.

MethodsFrom January，2013 to May，2015，68 cases of early breast cancer patients were divided into breast conserving group（n=35） and radical treatment group（n=33），and then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.

ResultsOperation time，the length of hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss of the breast conserving group were significantly less than those of the radical group（P<0.01）.Difference of the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Difference of survival situations between the two groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.Breast cosmetic effect and FACTB score of the breast conserving group were significantly better than those of the control group（P<0.01）.

ConclusionBreast conserving therapy has the advantages of small trauma，quick recovery and cosmetic appearance，and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with early breast cancer.

乳腺癌是最常見的严重危害女性健康的恶性肿瘤之一，随着女性生活方式的改变及生活工作压力的增大，乳腺癌发病率呈逐年增高趋势[1]。手术切除是临床治疗乳腺癌的主要手段，以往多以乳腺癌改良根治术为主，患者术后因丧失乳房不仅使得外形美受到破坏，身心健康也严重受损，严重影响术后生活质量。乳腺癌保乳手术为欧美发达国家治疗早期乳腺癌的首选术式[2]，具有创伤小、美容效果好等优点，近年来在国内的应用也逐渐广泛。笔者对比分析保乳手术和改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效，现报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1临床资料

选择2013年1月～2015年5月我院诊治的68例女性早期乳腺癌患者，均经触诊、B超、钼靶及病理检查而确诊，肿块直径均小于3.0 cm，肿块与乳晕距离均超过3 cm，无乳头乳晕浸润或远处转移。……
