Born in Huantai County， Shandong Province in 1954， Ma Qinghe graduated from China Academy of Arts with the major of landscape paintings in 1995， and then he took advanced study in Chinese National Academy of Arts and China National Academy of Painting. Now he is a national first-level artist， member of China Artists Association， Vice-Chairman of China International Academy of Painting， Director of Traditional Chinese Painters Association and famous painter of Traditional Chinese Painting Creation Center， Ministry of Culture. He has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes. Many of his artworks have been collected by famous organizations， museums and individuals.

马庆和1954年生于山东桓台。1995年修业于中国美术学院国画山水专业，2001年就读于中国艺术研究院高研班，2004年毕业于中国国家画院李宝林导师工作室。现为中国美术家协会会员、国家一级美术师、中国国际画院副院长、中国文艺家书画院副院长、中国国画家协会理事、中国书画名家研究会副理事长、文化部中国画创作中心画家、香港艺星国际教育集团专家团顾问。

作品多次获奖，并被毛主席纪念堂、国家行政学院、中国艺术研究院、台北国父美术馆、深圳美术馆、上海东方美术馆等机构及友人收藏。出版《馬庆和写意山水》《当代实力派画家艺术研究》《中国名画家》《当代笔墨百家》等多部画集。在中国美术馆、炎黄艺术馆、中国艺术研究院美术馆、中国国家画院美术馆等举办个人画展或联展。艺术名录入编《中国百年美术家大典》《推动中国书画艺术发展三十位卓越人物》《走进名家》等名录。
