摘 要：该研究以驯化阶段的铁皮石斛苗为试验对象，探讨喷得福等7种肥料的不同浓度对铁皮石斛生长特性的作用效果，以期筛选出铁皮石斛专用肥料，为铁皮石斛原生态石栽种植的合理施肥提供科学依据。结果表明：喷得福800倍液能显著促进铁皮石斛小苗叶片的萌发，新芽长长、新芽变粗，叶片变大。磷酸二氢钾600倍液能显著促进新芽萌发、新芽变粗。狮马绿叶面肥600倍液促进叶片生长，卢博士有机液肥200倍液能促进叶片生长，开心果600倍液能促进新芽变粗。花多多、腐殖酸在促进铁皮石斛生长上效果不明显。

Abstract：The study aims to explore the effects of different concentrations of several fertilizers on the growth of Dendrobium officinale，in order to select the special fertilizer for the plants，and establish the basic theory of fertilization for original ecology plant.The results showed that Pendefu 800 times could significantly promote leaf germination，shoot length，stem diameter and leaf growth of Dendrobium candidum. Potassium dihydrogen 600 times can significantly promote the sprout germination，new shoot thicker. Shima green 600 times can promote leaf growth，Lu doctor 200 times can promote leaf growth，pistachios 600 times to promote new shoot thicker. Huaduoduo and humic acid in the promotion of Dendrobium on the growth of the effect is not obvious.

铁皮石斛（Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Mi-go）又名黑节草，为兰科石斛属植物，是传统名贵中药材，具有益胃生津、滋阴清热、止咳润肺的功效。石斛自然繁殖力低，种子需与真菌共生才能萌发，加上长期采挖，使得野生铁皮石斛资源在野外已难觅踪迹，被IUCN列为极度濒危物种，是国家重点保护的野生药材品种[1]。

近年来，把人工培育驯化的铁皮石斛种苗回归种植于野外自然环境的石缝中，使其在野外能形成自我繁衍的种群[2]，是一种把物种保护与生态建设紧密结合起来全新的石斛产业发展模式，生产的铁皮石斛品质完全能达到野生的标准。但是，该种种植模式如不能给石斛提供养分，石斛生长缓慢，产量低，难以满足市场的需求。在野外合理的施加叶面肥不仅能很好地促进铁皮石斛的生长，提高品质，更能节约成本。……
