摘 要：大学生公寓管理是新时期高校管理工作的重中之重，体现了高校管理的时代性与必然性。大学生公寓管理人员是高校管理的中坚力量，其素质的提升具有重要的时代意义和现实诉求。当前大学生公寓管理人员存在服务意识淡薄、乏基本职业素养、人文关怀意识不足等问题。必须加强对大学生公寓管理人员的素质提升，应采取以下策略：增强服务意识，坚持以人为本理念为根本导向；注重职业素养建设，完善大学生公寓管理人员的培养机制；创新大学生公寓管理人员岗位职能，实现素质的全面提升。

Abstract：In the new period， University apartment management is the most important work among university management， and it reflects the inevitability and the times of university management. University apartment managers are the backbone of the management of colleges and universities. Therefore， improving their quality has important significance and practical demands. Currently， students apartment management staff has some issues in weakness of service consciousness， lack of basic professionalism， lack of awareness of humane care and other issues. It is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of university apartment managers and the following strategies should be taken： strengthening the consciousness of service； adhering to the concept of people-centered education as a fundamental guide； paying attention to the construction of professional quality； improving the training mechanism of university apartment managers， and innovating functions of university apartment managers' job. These strategies should be adopted in order to achieve the promotion scientifically and effectively.

大学生公寓管理是一项系统工程，是高校管理过程中的重要环节。由我国高校的就读形式和特征所决定，在校大学生平均有1/3左右的时间是在公寓中度过的，大学生公寓不仅仅是大学生休息的“避风港”，更是对大学生进行思想政治工作和素质教育的“前沿阵地”。大学生公寓管理人员的素质直接关系到大學生人身健康发展、学校教学秩序维护以及大学生思想政治教育工作深化等工作的推进；直接影响着公寓物质与精神的双向发展，更在一定程度上决定着高校公寓文化的发展走向。因此，深入分析大学生公寓管理人员在管理公寓过程中存在的共性问题，积极采取提升其素质的有效策略，对于夯实高校校园公寓文化建设成果，提升高校办学质量有着重大而深远的现实意义。……
