摘 要：该文的主要研究内容是我国现行食品类国家标准中采用国际标准的情况，结合课题所在的背景，深入调查研究我国食品类国标的现状以及存在的问题，比如说，标准未能按要求予以修订或确认，标准的适用性与实际状况欠吻合，标准短缺等。该文将对标准相关的概念进行详细的阐述，根据课题需要制定统计调查表，将调查过的国家标准记录在内；根据调查结果进行数据分析，针对我国标准目前存在的问题结合自己的想法给予相应的改进对策及建议。

The Study on the Application of International Standards in Chinas National Food Standards

Abstract： The main content of this paper is to researchthe applicationof international standards in Chinas current national food standards，according to the background， deeply probe the present situation of Chinas food standards and the existing problems， for example， standards cant be amended or confirmedaccording to the requirements， the shortage of the applicability of standards and the shortage of the number of standards. In what follows， related concepts will be explained in detail， a statistical questionnaire will be developedaccording to the needs of this research and national standards will be recorded in it. Thengive the corresponding improvement measures and suggestionsaccording to the resultsof data analysis， aiming at the existing problems of Chinas standard combined with my own ideas.

隨着经济发展，社会的进步，各项事业都要求步入法制化轨道。食品安全关系着公众生命财产安全，关系着我国食品行业的产业形象与结构，与我国经济发展活动密切相关。近几年来， 我国食品安全事件屡屡发生，一次次挑动着国人对此类问题的敏感神经， 中国食品的国际信誉也严重受损。

标准是对重复性事物和概念所做的统一规定。食品质量直接与人体健康相关，因此食品类产品标准的制定与实施显得更加重要。这项工作虽一直受到各级政府部门和社会各界的关注， 但仍有些值得引起注意的问题。不可忽略的一个就是我国食品标准与国际标准或国外先进标准之间是存在一定的差距的。

该文通过对我国食品类国家标准采用国际标准的情况的全面的调查，得到数据并分析研究，得出结论。……
