【摘 要】 目的：分析感染根管一次性根管治疗的临床效果，结合结果，对可靠性进行评估。方法：本次研究中选择近三年我院收治的90例牙髓坏死或者根尖周炎患者为研究对象，结合治疗差异分为对照组和治疗组，分别给予多次性根管治疗以及一次性根管治疗方式，对治疗效果进行分析。结果：对照组的总有效率为68.9%，治疗组的总有效率为88.9%，治疗组的治疗优势明显高于对照组，组间数据比较差异明显，具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。治疗组三个月、六个月和十二个月的疼痛评分明显少于对照组，组间数据比较差异明显，具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：在感染根管治疗过程中应用一次性根管治疗，其优势明显，患者恢复比较快，值得临床推广和应用。

【abstract】 objective： to analysis the clinical effect of one-time root canal treatment， combined with the results， to evaluate the reliability. Methods： this study selected in nearly three years in our hospital 90 cases of dental pulp necrosis and root periarthritis patients as the research object， combined treatment differences were divided into control group and treatment group， were given multiple root canal treatment and disposable root canal treatment， the treatment effect is analyzed. Results： the total effective rate was 68.9% in the control group， treatment group total effective rate was 88.9%， treatment advantage of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group， the group of data comparison between difference to be markedly， with statistical significance （p < 0.05）. The treatment group 3 months， 6 months and 12 months of pain score significantly less than the control group， obvious data comparison difference between groups， statistically significant （p < 0.05）. Conclusion： in the infected root canal treatment in the process of application of one-time root canal treatment， its obvious advantages， patients recover faster， worthy of clinical popularization and application.

牙髓坏死或者根尖周炎是当前临床口腔科比较常见的症状，对患者自身有严重的影响，通常情况下应用根管手术进行治疗，整体优势明显。在对患者进行根管治疗时，如何有效控制感染是关键所在。随着临床治疗技术的不断应用，一次性根管治疗方式的应用优势突出，多次根管治疗的时间比较长，就诊次数多，患者容易产生抵触心理，治疗优势不明显。在治疗阶段，医护人员需要从具体情况入手，按照治疗流程要求进行，避免受到不良因素影响，产生不良反应。为了分析感染根管一次性根管治疗的临床效果，选择近三年我院收治的90例牙髓坏死或者根尖周炎患者为研究对象，结合治疗差异分为对照组和治疗组，分别给予多次性根管治疗以及一次性根管治疗方式，对治疗效果进行分析。具体报道如下：

1 资料与方法
