This year, OMEGA will release a new model of the Speedmaster collection. This new 38mm chronograph features a chic two-colour oval dial with Sedna™ 18K gold needles and scales on the back of the case engraved in the iconic Speedmaster collection logo. At the heart of this chronograph is OMEGA's mechanical caliber 3330 with silicon balance spring.

Boston is Coming to Town

The Greater Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau and its partners has came to China for a series of road shows in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing to present you with the charming history and culture of Boston, its world-famous college campus, various art galleries and museums, exciting shows from both the Boston Symphony and NBA, enticing Boston lobsters, as well as the unique duty-free shopping areas. It is reported that in the recent three years, the number of Chinese tourists to the Greater Boston area has nearly doubled compared to 2013.

The Eurail Group has just released a new expert online training course on Eurail pass. The group also published an insight for the Chinese tourists as well as Eurail's new products in 2017. According to the introduction, you can book the Eurail pass as early as 11 months in advance. You can use it to visit as many as 28 countries in Europe. In 2017, the company has released new Eurail select passes for Italy and Switzerland, as well as the Eurail France pass. Visitors who are 27 years old and younger can enjoy the youth pass discount. In 2016, the sales for Eurail one country passes has increased for more than 35%, indicating that more and more Chinese tourists began to choose an in-depth tour in Europe.

Eurail欧铁集团于近日发布了全新的欧铁通票专家在线培训课程，并公布了针对中国旅客的市场洞察及2017年新产品。据介绍，欧铁通票最早可提前11个月进行预订，最多可用于游览28个国家。2017年新推出了意大利、瑞士欧铁自选通票，欧铁法国通票，27岁及以下旅客可享受青年通票优惠等。2016年欧铁一国通票销售额上涨超过35%，显示越来越多的中国旅客开始选择欧洲深度游。

Autumn and Winter Paris

A Taste of Spanish Country

In the recent years, Spanish food is popular. Many restaurants featuring Tapas keep opening, while some traditional tastes like country styles also start emerging. For Example, a new Spanish Restaurant opened in Tsim Sha Tsui, specially imports the snails from Galicia, in Northern Spain, and cooks them in local style — gently scalding the snails with seawater for just about 10 seconds to keep the original good tastes of the snails.

Michelin Chef Enrico Bartolini opened his flrst own overseas restaurant in Hong Kong and serves as consultant chef. Enrico is famous for Contemporary Classic. The menu and cuisines designed by him perfectly show his magical talent. As for Sicilian Red Prawn, Half fried with Tamarind Sauce, and Chick Pea Soup, only the half bottom of prawns are taken to be fried and it's crispy but not too oily. The look of Parmesan Risotto, Seared Cuttleflsh and Pesto Sauce is like oil paintings.

米其林的作风

米其林大厨Enrico Bartolini在港开设首间海外个人餐馆并担任顾问厨师。Enrico以Contemporary Classic风格闻名，由他设计的菜单及料理，亦尽显其鬼才作风。如 Sicilian Red Prawn, Half Fried with Tamarind Sauce, and Chick Pea Soup，只取虾的下半部分油炸，口感香脆且不油腻。而Parmesan Risotto, Seared Cuttleflsh and Pesto Sauce的卖相犹如油画。
