摘要：目的 观察柴朴汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 纳入191例慢性咳嗽柴朴汤方证患者，开展多中心临床观察。给予柴朴汤颗粒剂，每日1剂，早晚分服，共服7～14剂。于治疗前及治疗1、2周填写中医证候积分量表，观察中医疗效和中医症状改善情况。结果 治疗1、2周的有效率分别为84.3%（161/191）、97.9%（187/191）。治疗2周的咳嗽消失率为67.01%（128/191）；除咽痒、咽中物堵外，单项症状有效率均>90%，其中寒热往来、胸闷、呕恶、心烦、胁痛有效率位居前列，分别为98.8%、97.9%、97.9%、97.2%、96.6%。结论 柴朴汤对慢性咳嗽柴朴汤方证患者有良好治疗效果。

Abstract： Objective To study the efficacy of Chaipo Decoction on chronic cough. Methods Totally 191 patients with chronic cough treated with Chaipo Decoction syndrome were included to conduct multi-center clinical observation. The patients were given Chaipo Decoction Granules， 1 dose each day， morning and night， 7-14 doses in total. TCM syndrome integral scales were filled before treatment and 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment to observe TCM efficacy and TCM symptom improvement. Results After 1 and 2 week of treatment， the total effective rate was 84.3% （161/191）， 97.9% （187/191）， and disappearance rate of cough was 67.01% （128/191）. Except for pharyngeal itching and pharynx material block， the effective rate of single symptom >90%， among which the effective rates of cold and heat， chest tightness， vomitting， upset， and hypochondriac pain were in the forefront， 98.8%， 97.9%， 97.9%， 97.2%， and 96.6%， respectively. Conclusion Chaipo Decoction has good efficacy for treatment of chronic cough.

慢性咳嗽主要包含咳嗽變异性哮喘、上气道咳嗽综合征、胃食管反流性咳嗽等，西医治疗目前主要采用抗组胺、激素、制酸剂及对症止咳化痰，虽有一定疗效，但不良反应较多，停药后咳嗽易反复，影响患者的生活质量。中医治疗慢性咳嗽具有独特优势。柴朴汤是《伤寒论》小柴胡汤和《金匮要略》半夏厚朴汤合方，日本汉方学者常用此方治疗过敏性疾病[1-2]。本研究通过多中心临床前瞻性观察，探讨柴朴汤治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

191例纳入病例为2014年7月-2015年12月门诊或住院患者，其中北京中医药大学东直门医院33例、山东聊城市中医院30例、天津中医药大学第二附属医院33例、河北省沧州中西医结合医院33例、毕节市中医院33例、保山市中医院29例。男性70例，女性121例，年龄20～74岁，平均（45.56±13.85）岁，病程>8周。end……
