[摘要] 中药安全性问题引起越来越多的关注，中药毒性成分的限量标准制定迫在眉睫。该文分析了中药毒性成分限量标准研究的现状和问题，归纳和评述了相关毒性成分的限量标准研究方法，提出了中药中毒性成分的限量标准理论值计算方法，并以马兜铃酸为例，制定了其在中药材中的限量标准，以期为中药毒性成分的限量标准研究提供有益参考。

[Abstract] It is urgent to establish the limit standard of toxic components of Chinese herbal medicine， since the safety of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has attracted more and more attention.This paper analyzes the present situation and problems in the study of the limit standard of toxic components of Chinese herbal medicine. In addition， the current methods for setting the limit standards of toxic ingredients of TCM are reviewed in this paper， and we also propose a theoretical calculation method for setting the limit standards of toxic ingredients of TCM. Employing aristolochic acid as a case study， we formulate the limit standard of toxic components of Chinese herbal medicine. We believe this paper would provide some useful suggesting for formulating limits standard of toxic components of TCM.

随着全球经济化的加深，中医药正逐步走上国际化，但中药安全性问题也日渐凸显，相关报道屡见不鲜。尤以近些年含吡咯里西啶类生物碱（pyrrolizidinealkaloids， Pas）的中草药所引起的肝小静脉闭塞病（hepatic veno-occlusive disease，HVOD）[1-2]和含有马兜铃酸（aristolochicacids， AA）的中药所引起的马兜铃酸肾病（aristolochic acid nephropathy， AAN）[3-5]引起人们的普遍关注。随着人们对中药毒性认识的进一步加深，中药毒性成分的限量标准成为热门研究方向。中药毒性成分限量标准是安全用药的保证，是国家进行中药安全质量监管的重要依据，也是制约中药走向现代化、国际化的“瓶颈”之一。中药毒性成分的限量标准制定迫在眉睫。本文以马兜铃酸为例，探讨了中药相关毒性成分限量标准制定方法。

1 中药毒性成分研究现状与问题

中药毒性成分的检测方法和限量标准成为影响中药发展、国际贸易的主要技术“壁垒”之一。我国在中药毒性成分的研究中已经取得了长足的进步，高月等研究团队有关毒性的研究获得了国家科技进步一等奖。……
