13 Phase Parameter Estimation of Short-time Sine Wave Signal Based on Particle FilterZouXueyu,YuanYanxiu,XiongJie(YangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023) Abstract: Aiming at the precision and local convergence problems of traditional phase parameter estimation method, this paper proposes a particle filter algorithm for estimating the phase of short-time sine wave signals, designs the algorithm flow, studies the influence of particle number and similarity on the accuracy of parameter estimation, estimates the phase of the short-time sine wave signal with different signal to noise ratio (SNR), and compares with the results of genetic algorithm and the least squares method.The results show that, when the SNR is greater than 20dB, the particle filter method can estimate the phase of the sine wave signal more quickly and accurately. 17 Design of Downhole Turbine Permanent Magnet Generator and Its Finite Element AnalysisFengJin,DongBin,ChenBin(YangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023) Abstract:In order to meet the long time and superpower requirements of modern drilling power supply,a kind of down-hole turbine permanent magnet generator is designed by means of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.The output voltage is 48.6V, the power is 1026W at 2500rpm.The output voltage is 82.3V at 4050rpm.The load characteristics is determined by means of electromagnetic field analysis with Ansoft Maxwell software.The thermodynamic analysis of the generator is carried out by using the software of Ansoft Maxwell and workbench, and the maximum steady-state temperature rise is determined to be 21.99℃.This design is of great significance for the power supply to downhole instruments. 22 Heat Transfer Characteristic Analysis and Structure Optimization Design of the Magnetic Coupling Heat SinkChengGang,GuoYongcun(AnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,AnhuiProvinceKeyLaboratoryofMineIntelligentEquipmentandTechnology(AnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnology),Huainan232001)WangShuang,ChengJiankang(AnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Huainan232001) Abstract: In this paper, a 45kW double disc asynchronous air cooled permanent magnet eddy current transmission speeder is used as object of study, the simulation method is used for simulating calculation analysis of the magnetic coupling coil thermal characteristics.The results show that under the given conditions, the temperature rise of the copper rotor is spread from the center to the outside along its radius, the maximum temperature is 53.3℃. The diameter and thickness of substrate cooling plate, fin number, height and thickness are chosen as influential factors for sensitivity analysis, in the parameter range, the effect of substrate thickness on the maximum temperature sensitivity of copper rotor is low, the overall quality of the model sensitivity is higher; the effect of substrate diameter,fin number, fin height on its maximum temperature is higher, the effect on general quality of the model sensitivity is low; the fin thickness has little effect on the highest temperature of the rotor, but the impact on the overall quality of the model sensitivity is higher; based on the results of sensitivity analysis, the selected diameter of radiating base plate is 380mm, fin number is 28, the fin height is 24mm, the results show that the maximum temperature of optimized copper rotor model is 48℃, it reduces 10.3% compared with the one before, the quality optimized model is 16.6kg, it increases by 12.1%. 28 Numerical Simulation and Sensitivity Analysis of Cooling System for Hot Stamping Die Based on SIMUFACTChenLei,ZhangChun,WangLeping,XuJiaojiao,FangZhixin(HubeiUniversityofAutomobileTechnology,Shiyan442002) Abstract: The cooling system of hot stamping die is very important for the forming of ultra high strength steel sheet.By taking a flat part as an example, a finite element model of hot stamping is established for studying the temperature distribution and size of the hot stamping die and sheet.The SIMUFACT.FORMING software is used for thermo-mechanical-coupled simulation of the pressure quenching by the orthogonal experiment based on numerical simulation, effects of pipe diameter, pipe andDtype surface distanceH, two pipe spacingSon numerical pressure after the maximum material temperature difference on the concave convex die and plate size sensitivity are investigated.The results indicate that the influence of the pipe diameterDon the pressure is the most notable after the material temperatureT, the influence of pipeline spacingSon the punch temperature is the most obvious, the influence of pipeline radiusDon the die temperature is the most significant. 33 The Influence of Carbide Insert Carburizing on the Thickness of Gradient LayerXuLin,ZhangLiehua,WangJinchun(SINOPECOilfieldEquipmentCorporation,Wuhan430223) Abstract: This paper presents a new method for preparation of gradient carbide material, its advantage is to carburize the carbide matrix without containing η phase and with uniform distribution of cobalt on at a certain atmosphere.Thus, the gradient carbide material with a certain thickness and external hard and internal toughness is obtained on the surface thereof.The core structure is even without containing η phase and the performance of its raw materials is not reduced.At the same time, its preparation method is simple, which is beneficial for industrial production and batch application.The effects of carburizing temperature, time and its atmosphere on the thickness of carbide are studied.The results show that the thickness of carbide insert is larger with the increase of the gradient temperature; when the processing time of carbide insert is short, the carbide insert would not form gradient layer, and the thickness of the gradient layer is increased with the increase of time; the thickness of the gradient layer would be increased with the increase of the flow rate of methane. 38 L1-Norm Based Maximum Margin Criterion of Two-dimensional Discriminant Locality Preserving ProjectionXieYukai,LuGuifu,XuanDongdong(AnhuiPolytechnicUniversity,Wuhu241000) Abstract: When L1-norm based Discriminant Locality Preserving Projections for dimensionality reduction is applied, the image matrices needs to be concatenated into high-deminsion vectors which cause instability.To solve this problem, L1-norm based Maximum Margin Criterion of Two-dimensional Discriminant Locality Preserving Projection is presented.The proposed approach, which makes full use of maximum margin criterion and strong robustness of L1-norm to outliers, intends to maximize the inter-class scatter while simultaneously minimizing the intra-class scatter after projection.Experiments on face image databases demonstrate that the performance and robustness of 2DDLPP-L1/MMC are better than the related methods. 43 Analyzing the Change Domain of Online Meal Ordering System Based on Behavioral Profiles of Petri NetworkPengKe,FangXianwen,WangLili(AnhuiUniversityofScienceandTechnology,Huainan232001) Abstract: The analysis of change domain is a significant research content of business process management.This article is based on the concept of behavioral profiles of Petri net by online meal ordering.The order behavior,which caused by marketing strategy from a customers-merchants interaction model,is researched.First of all, by comparing the source model and target model behavioral relations between their transition pairs, the change domain in the model is found out.The change domain is optimized by configuring the variable transitions in the change domain,it greatly reduces the possibility of a deadlock in the business processes.While the optimized model is more user-friendly than the source model and target model, and ultimately makes it more responsive to the needs of business processes.The highlight of this paper is that the variables transition is introduced after obtaining the change domain of the target model based on the comparison of the behavioral profile matrixes.The configured target model ensures the final model to provide information for the different stakeholders in the organizations or the enterprises. 48 Finite Element Research on Seismic Performance and Influence Factors of Recycled Concrete Filled Special-shaped Steel Tube ColumnsHuangBangyou(JinzhaiModernIndustrialParkPlanningandConstructionEnvironmentalProtectionBureau,Lu’an237300)ZhuKai(CCCC-SHECSixthHighwayEngineeringCo.,Ltd,Xi’an710065)GongYuyun(YangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023) Abstract: In order to investigate the seismic performance of recycled concrete recycled concrete filled special-shaped steel tube columns under different influence factors, the recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage is considered in this paper, and three specimens are designed for finite element analysis. The study results indicate that all hysteretic curves of recycled concrete filled T-shaped steel tube columns are plump, whose shapes change from the early fusiformis to later arches.With the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentage, the ultimate bearing capacity and plastic deformation capacity are reduced but the effect is less.With the increase of axial ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity and duclity are reduced and durability is poor.With the increase of steel ratio, its horizontal capacity and plastic deformation capacity are increased.With the increase of steel strength, the seismic performance of T-shaped columns become better.Based on the hysteretic performance of structure, the recycled concrete filled T-shaped steel tube columns can be used in practical engineering. 54 Noise Monitoring and Simulation Analysis of A Cultural and Education Construction in Anhui ProvinceLIBinbin(AnhuiJianzhuUniversity,Hefei230022) Abstract:Noise has a greater impact on buildings and the surrounding environment.It has a great significance for noise prediction and control to improve the environment of noise in buildings.By taking environmental noise of a cultural and education construction in Anhui Province as object of research, by using the method of field monitoring and numerical simulation, the influence of noise barriers and vehicle flowrate on the noise environment is analyzed.Results indicate that the noise values of the same area on both sides of the noise barrier are mutated.The noise emitted by the external noise to the other side is significantly, reduced, the fluctuation noise value is caused in the site by the change of vehicle flowrate.Due to the impact of external climate and landscape, basically the size of vehicle flowrate and noise values are in a positive correlation.It provides a theoretical basis for environmental noise prediction and environmental noise control in the future. 59 The Influence of Stress-seepage Coupling of the Excavation and Rainfall of Foundation Pit on Adjacent PipelinesZhouXiaojuan(CentralandSouthernChinaMunicipalEngineeringDesignandResearchInstitute,Wuhan430010) Abstract: To analyze the influence of stress and seepage coupling for foundation pit evacuation and rainfall on adjacent underground pipelines, this paper conducts simulated analysis on a foundation pit and adjacent underground pipelines in Hubei Province by using MIDAS GTS 3D finite element software.The inner support and steel enclosing purlin in the support structure and the pipelines are simulated by using the beam elements.The steel sheet piles are simulated by using the sheet elements.The Friction between the steel sheet piles and soil body is simulated by using contact elements.The waterstop of the steel sheet pipes is simulated by setting seepage parameters in the interface element attributes.The deformation of the foundation pit as well as deformation and stress of adjacent pipelines under action of the stress and seepage coupling are obtained through analysis.The stress and deformation of pipelines are validated according to requirements in the related specifications.The pipeline subsidence and foundation pit surface subsidence are associated with the deflection of the enclosing structure via a function, so the pipeline subsidence and deformation are predicted according to subsidence of the foundation pit surface and enclosing structure deflection to guide safe construction. 65 A Method for Rapid Selection of Overseas Oil and Gas Development AssetsZhangYukun,LuDawen,GaoYufei,TianNan,WangHui,HuXiaoqing(CNOOCResearchInstitute,Beijing100028) Abstract:The investment about overseas oil and gas assets has great uncertainty.The purpose of asset evaluation is to quickly and effectively determine the technical and economic feasibility of the project,so as to provide decision support and reference for the company.Compared with exploration assets,development assets have the characteristics of small scale,abundance information,higher research degree and relatively complete engineering facilities.For the proposed bidding development assets,the 2P reserves scale should be taken as the main controlling factor,and the influence of reservoir characteristics,environment,engineering technology on the risk and potential of the oilfield development should be regarded as the secondary factors and taken into account in the preliminary stage of technology assessment.All the influencing factors with weights at all levels are need to be considered to establish a set of multi-level and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation system.According to this system,quantitative sequence and selection of assets can be carried out.The method gives full consideration to the various factors which influence the valuation of the project,thus can effectively and quickly select the favorable target,and further help to carry out detailed and well-focused assets evaluation.In this way,the methods ensure the continuity and complementarity of the evaluation,as well as improve the evaluation efficiency. 69 The Design of An Automatic Temperature Control System of Water Mixing ValveYuQiushan,XuDapeng,LiuZhiyong(YangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023)GaoPengyue(YangtzeUniversity,Wuhan430100;BohaiDrillingEngineeringCo.Ltd.,CNPC,Tianjin300280) Abstract: Based on control temperature principle of mechanical mixing valve, the automatic mixing value has the advantages of automatic temperature control, simple structure, convenient repair and application.But the most of current design is not based on PID algorithm control, users feel not good when pipeline pressure is unstable for automatic temperature control.A fast automatic temperature control mixing value is designed by combining the AT89C51 SCM system which is controlled by PID closed-loop negative feedback with 3 sets of DS18B20 temperature sensor to get temperature data and control the temperature, it can realize water temperature of presetting, automatically adjusting and displaying as well as for audible and visual alarm.Proteus-based circuit simulation design and experimental testing results show that the system has high reliability. 74 The Characteristic Perspective of 2017 Air Volleyball Match (Yichang Station) and the Development Stratigy of Hubei Provincial Air VolleyballNieJing(LingnanNormalUniversity,Zhanjiang524300)ShiLixin(YangtzeUniversity,Jingzhou434023)LiXia(GuangdongPolytechnicofScienceandTechnology,Zhuhai519090) Abstract: By taking 39 air volleyball team from 2017 Hubei Provincial Air Volleyball Match (Yichang Station) as the main research object, the documentary method, interview method and observation method and so on are used to analyze the air volleyball match situation.The results show that the air volleyball movement is developing vigorously in Hubei Province,but its development is unbalanced.In Wuhan, Huangshi, Jingmen and Enshi Areas, the air volleyball movement has been developed rapidly for recent five years with more participation and higher technical level.The technique of men volleyball is relatively superior to that of women and number of middle aged is more than that of young people.At the same time, the development strategy for the development of air volleyball is put forward, such as vigorously developing the air volleyball association and the club, and energetically developing the school air volleyball.
