摘要：在景观全球化的背景之下，城市个性和地域历史越来越受到重视，公共园林发展建设也成为了核心竞争力之一。在结合历史文献和前人研究成果的基础上，通过走访调研、拍照实测和绘图分析等方法，系统梳理出海口琼山府城的公共园林在不同时期的发展情况，从“城市发展——公共园林”“公共园林——民众生活”的关系探索其生成原因、公共性质和时代特征，对今后公共空间的整合、地域文化的传承及社会生活质量的提升都有着非凡的价值。

Abstract： Under the background of landscape globalization， urban character and regional history get more and more attentions， and public gardens development and construction has become one of the core competitiveness. On the basis of predecessors' research results combined with the historical documents， through visiting investigation， taking photos， and mapping analysis， the paper overviews the development of Qiongshan Fucheng public gardens in different periods comprehensively. The research also explores public garden its formation causes， the nature of the public， and the times characteristic from the relationship between "city development-public garden" and "public garden-people life"， which is of special value to the integration of public space in the future， regional culture inheritance and quality of society life.

1.瓊山府城公共园林概况

琼山府城位于海南省北部，海口市城区东南部，南渡江下游西面，从汉至清依次出现过郡、县、州、府等隶属于皇权的行政机关，在与海口合并之前一直都是独立建制，统领地位明显。在《海口市历史文化名城保护规划（2006-2020年）》中，琼山府城被单独作为历史街区进行保护规划，证明了其深厚的文化内涵。如今景观和文化的全球化趋势明显，海口的地域、历史个性则越来越受到重视，琼山府城的公共园林建设也成为了城市景观的核心竞争力之一。

公共园林是我国城市发展中的历史遗产，有着优美的自然风光和深厚的文化底蕴，大多兴盛于唐宋。府城于唐宋之后百年内的公共园林景观有一定建树：一是在城外修桥建渡，辅以景亭、放生池、芙蓉池等元素；……
