【摘 要】 目的：研究根尖周病应用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗效果。方法：选取216例根尖周病患者，按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组，每组108例，对照组采用甲醛甲酚治疗，观察组采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果和根尖反应情况。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率达到了85.19%，明显高于对照组的62.96%，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05），观察组的根尖反应率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗根尖周病，具有很好的杀菌作用、能够杀灭内毒素、有很强的渗透性、促进根尖周硬组织的生长，治疗效果明显好于甲醛甲酚等，值得在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective： treatment of periapical disease application of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste. Methods： 216 cases of periapical disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 108 cases in each group， the control group using formocresol treatment， observation group were treated with calcium hydroxide iodoform paste treatment， compared two groups of patients with treatment effect and apical reaction. Results： the effective rate of the observation group reached 85.19%， significantly higher than the control group 62.96%， the difference was statistically significant （p<0.05）， to observe the apical reaction group was lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （p<0.05）. Conclusion： calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in the treatment of periapical disease， has good bactericidal effect， can kill endotoxin， with strong penetrability， should promote periapical tissue growth， the treatment effect was significantly better than formocresol， worthy of clinical application.

隨着近些年我国经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，对牙齿的健康情况越来越重视，根尖周病是常见的口腔疾病，会影响美观，导致生活的不方便[1]。目前对于根尖周病的治疗，主要采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂，临床治疗效果显著，本文主要研究根尖周病应用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2014年4月到2015年4月我院收治的根尖周病患者216例，所有患者都经过明确的诊断确诊为慢性根尖周炎患者，按照随机数表法，将患者分成对照组和观察组，每组108例。观察组中男59例，女49例，年龄11岁到49岁，平均（35.6±3.5）岁；对照组中男58例，女50例，年龄12岁到48岁，平均（35.8±3.8）岁。两组患者的年龄、性别等基线资料差异无统计学意义（p>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 方法

对照组患者应用甲醛甲酚治疗，用甲醛甲酚进行根管封药，通过小棉球蘸甲醛甲酚，放入到根管中，然后用氢化锌暂封。

观察组患者采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂进行治疗，首先要了解患者的病情，通过X线等检查患者牙根的吸收情况和发育情况等，然后常规备洞，测量患者根管的长度，以及大小，预备管的长度应该在30#以上，在此过程中，不能损伤到牙乳头。……
