油气生产物联网在油田生产中的应用

为了推进中国石油油气生产信息化建设，提高油气生产管理水平，实现信息化与工业化的融合，中国石油提出了建设油气生产物联网系统。油气生产物联网系统是利用物联网技术，建立覆盖中国石油油气地面生产各环节的数据采集与监控子系统、数据传输子系统、生产管理子系统，实现生产数据的自动采集、生产过程的自动控制、生产工艺的流程优化、远程监控，生产预警等功能，实现油气生产过程管理，促进生产方式的转变，从而提升油气生产管理水平和综合效益。

Abstract：In order to promote China's oil production of oil and gas information construction,improve the management level of the oil and gas production and achieve the fusion of informatization and industrialization,China petroleum and construction of oil and gas production iot system is proposed.Oil and gas production iot system is to use the Internet of things technology,estab⁃lished China oil surface oil and gas production of each link of the data acquisition and monitoring subsystem,data transmission subsystem,production management subsystem,realize the automatic acquisition of production data,the automatic control of pro⁃duction process,production process optimization,remote monitoring,early warning functions such as production,oil and gas pro⁃duction process management,promote the transformation of production mode,so as to enhance the level of oil and gas produc⁃tion and management and comprehensive benefits.

1 项目背景

中国石油为加快业务领域信息化建设，全面提升企业整体管理水平，在2000年制定的《中石油信息技术总体规划》的基础上，结合公司的发展和信息系统建设情况，形成了《中国石油“十二五”信息技术总体规划》清晰描述了中国石油在“十二五”期间的信息工作管理体制、组织结构及主要工作内容。“油气生产物联网系统(A11)”是勘探开发与管理类中的一个重要信息系统建设项目，已被集团公司列为“十二五”信息技术总体规划重点建设的三大标志性工程之一。

该系统围绕油气生产运行需要，以实现生产操作自动化和优化生产管理流程为手段，提高工作效率，进而优化劳动组织用工，服务油田生产的精细化管理，最终达到“增产增效不增员、节能、节约运行成本”的目的。……
