〔摘要〕基于知识图谱理论，对Web of Science核心数据集收录的1900-2016年间的知识产权相关文献的发文量、发文国家、发文学科、被引文献、关键词等进行可视化分析，研究结果表明：（1）当前知识产权研究处于稳步上升阶段，美国、英国、德国引领全球知识产权发展，中国后发优势明显，从国际合作上看，全球知识产权跨国合作研究匮乏。（2）知识产权研究趋势日趋多样化，知识产权、经济、企业在更宽更广范围内的泛在研究成为主流。（3）知识产权的研究方向主要为知识产权管理与知识产权溢出、知识产权转移与流动、新兴技术知识产权保护、知识产权与跨界资本输入等方面。

〔Abstract〕Based on the theory of Mapping knowledge，this paper analyzed articles of intellectual property from Web of science（1900-2016）and got a series of knowledge maps of postings countries，cited journals，cited literature，keywords.It reviewed the critical development path of intellectual property，pointed out that：（1）the current intellectual property research showed an overall trend of rapid development.American，Britain，and Germany scholars had led the intellectual property research，Chinese scholars researches late development advantage was obvious.From the perspective of international cooperation，the global intellectual property multinational cooperation researches were lack.（2）the trend of intellectual property research was becoming more and more diversified，and the research of intellectual property rights，economy and enterprises in a wider and wider range had become the mainstream.（3）the direction of intellectual property rights included the management of intellectual property and intellectual property，the transfer and flow of intellectual property rights，the protection of intellectual property rights，intellectual property rights and cross-border capital input.

随着全球经济的飞速发展和知识经济的不断深入，知识产权越来越受到各国的广泛关注和高度重视。知识产权已经成为一个国家或者企业知识创造和技术创新的重要标志。

发达国家知识产权领域的研究起步早，研究成果比较丰富，涉及知识产权研究的方方面面，尤其是实证方面的研究较为深入，并且做到了理论与实践有机的结合，涉及到产业理沦、竞争优势理论、资源互补论、对外直接投资理论 、技术创新理论等，形成了较为系统的理论体系]。我国知识产权领域的研究起步较晚，但随着国家对创新驱动的高度重视，国内的知识产权成果发展非常迅速，主要集中在知识产权制度、知识产权管理和企业知识产权等方面，特别是近年来，企业知识产权发展较为迅速[3]。……
