在城市建设和管理过程中，地理测绘信息的作用越来越重要。随着城市建设的日新月异，测绘工作已经渗透到城市规划管理的方方面面。利用地理信息系统，不仅可以更好的对城市进行规划，推进城市化建设步伐，同时，还可以促进城市的经济发展，提高城市的规划管理水平。地理测绘信息，已经成为城市规划管理的可靠保障。对提高城市管理水平，加快城市信息化建设，提升规划管理的科学性、合理性发挥着重要作用。

【Abstract】In the process of city construction and management， the function of geographic information is more and more important.With the rapid development of urban construction， surveying and mapping work has penetrated into all aspects of urban planning and management.The use of geographic information system， not only can better urban planning， promote the pace of urbanization， but also can promote the city's economic development， improve the level of urban planning and management.Geographic information， has become the city planning and management of the reliable protection.It plays an important role in improving the level of urban management， speeding up the construction of urban informatization， and promoting the scientific and rational planning and management.

随着社会的进步以及科技的发展，地理测绘信息在城市发展中的作用越来越突出。利用地理信息系统，不仅可以更好的对城市进行规划，推进城市化建设步伐，同时，还可以促进城市的经济发展，提高城市的规划管理水平。丰富、形象的基础地理信息，不仅提升了规划管理的科学性、合理性，还极大的提升了人们的生活质量，可以说，基础测绘地理信息数据资料，对高效、全方位城市规划建设及管理发挥着重要作用。
