[摘要] 目的 研究探讨达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征的临床治疗效果。 方法 随机选取该院2014年1月—2015年2月收治的80例多囊卵巢综合症患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组40例，对照组采用达英-35，研究组在此基础上联合二甲双胍，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.5%，优于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率17.5%，明显优于对照组的20.0%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合症的临床治疗效果明显，适合于临床推广使用。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Diane-35 Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Diane-35 combined with Metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 80 cases with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomized into two groups， the control group and the study group with 40 cases in each. Both groups were treated by Diane-35， in addition， the study group were given Metformin. And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was much higher than that of the control group （92.5% vs 80.0%） with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （17.5% vs 20.0%） with statistically significant difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect of Diane-35 combined with Metformin on polycystic ovary syndrome is significant， which is suitable for clinical use and promotion.

多囊卵巢综合征是生育期妇女常见的排卵性障碍疾病，多是有女性内分泌紊乱引起，严重者可能诱发子宫内膜癌。相关研究表明[1]，肥胖的发生率在30%～60%，多毛的发生率在70%，不孕的发生率则高达75%。药物治疗是其常用的治疗手段，达英-35与二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征均具有一定效果，联合应用效果更好。此次研究以该院2014年1月—2015年2月期间收治的80例多囊卵巢综合症患者作为研究对象，对比分析治疗前后的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取该院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组40例患者，年龄在25～38岁，平均年龄（30.4±1.3）岁，不孕期1～5年，平均不孕期（2.7±1.2）年。对照组40例患者，年龄在22～38岁，平均年龄（29.7±1.1）岁，不孕期2～7年，平均不孕期（3.7±1.2）年。

1.2 方法

对照组患者单纯采用达英-35（炔雌醇环丙孕酮片），国药准字号为J20100003，用量为1片/d，1次/d，21片/盒，连续服用3周后停药1周，之后服用下1盒，3个月为1个疗程。

研究组患者在此基础上联合二甲双胍（盐酸二甲双胍片），国药准字H33020106，规格为0.25 g/12片/板，餐前30 min服用，2～3次/d，0.25 g/次，每日最高计量为1 g，3个月为1个疗程。……
