【摘要】目的：探讨复方玄驹胶囊对Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍影响性，以期提高临床诊治水平。方法：选取2012年1月至2014年1月68例Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍患者为研究对象，分成两组，对照组34例，予西医治疗，观察组34例，加用复方玄驹胶囊治疗，观察治疗后在疗效、前列腺按摩液和相关指标变化情况。结果：对照组治愈率29.41%、总有效率61.76%，观察组治愈率50%、总有效率88.23%，两组比较差异显著（P<0.05）；两组治疗后在PSFI、SAS、CPSI上较治疗前均显著下降，在IIEF-5评分上显著升高，治疗前后比较差异显著（P<0.05），观察组治疗后PSFI、SAS、CPSI、IIEF-5较对照组治疗后差异更加显著（P<0.05）；EPS卵磷脂小体分布上，治疗后两组在+++/HP显著升高，无或稀少上明显下降，治疗前后比较差异显著（P<0.05），观察组治疗后+++/HP、无或稀少比较差异显著（P<0.05）；EPS白细胞分布上，治疗后两组在+++/HP显著下降，<+/ HP上明显升高，治疗前后比较差异显著（P<0.05），观察组治疗后+++/HP、<+/ HP比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关的性功能障碍疗效显著。

【Abstract】Objectives： To investigate the efficacy of compound Xuanju Capsule in treating type Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 68 patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction from January 2012 to January 2014 were divided into two groups， control group of 34 patients to receive western medicine treatment and observation group of 34 patients receiving additional compound Xuanju Capsule treatment. The efficacy， prostatic and related indicators changes after treatment was observed. Results： In the control group， the cure rate was 29.41% and total efficiency was 61.76%； the cure rate was 50% in the observation group and the total efficiency was 88.23%， with significant difference （P<0.05）. After treatment， the PSFI， SAS and CPSI were significantly decreased and IIEF-5 was increased significantly， with significant difference between before and after treatment （p <0.05）， and differences within observation group in PSFI， SAS， CPSI and IIEF-5 was more significant （P<0.05）. The EPS lecithin distribution decreased significantly in both groups after treatment， while +++/ HP significantly increased， with significantly difference （P<0.05）. Difference within the observation group after treatment in +++/ HP， no or few was significant （P<0.05）. In terms of EPS leukocyte distribution， after treatment there was significant decrease in +++/ HP， while significant increase in the <+ / HP， with significant difference （P<0.05）； in observation group， difference in +++/ HP， <+ / HP after treatment was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusions： Compound Xuanju capsule is effective in treating typeⅢ prostatitis-related sexual dysfunction.

Ⅲ型前列腺炎是前列腺中最常见的类型，占慢性前列腺炎90%左右，其病因很复杂，病理机制多样，患者长期处于骨盆区疼痛不适状态，并伴或不伴排尿困难与性功能障碍，严重影响患者生活质量。本次研究就通过观察复方玄驹胶囊治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍疗效情况，以期提高男性前列腺炎患者生活质量。现总结如下。

1资料与方法

1.1临床资料

选取2012年1月至2014年1月68例Ⅲ型前列腺炎相关性功能障碍患者为研究对象，分成两组，对照组34例，年龄最小24岁，最大48岁，平均年龄为（37.6±2.6）岁；病程最短1年，最长5年，平均病程为（3.1±1.1）年。观察组34例，年龄最小25岁，最大50岁，平均年龄为（38.1±2.8）岁；病程最短2年，最长4.5年，平均病程为（3.2±1.0）年。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程等方面比较无明显差异（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2诊断标准

结合《泌尿外科》中慢性前列腺炎综合征诊断标准，符合美国国立卫生院研究1995制定的诊断标准[1]。

1.3纳入标准

年龄为20～50岁，符合以上标准，且IIEF-5评分在21分以下，伴有泌尿系统症状如排尿不适、尿频持续6个月以上，血实验室检查指标均为阴性，彩色多普勒检查正常，受试前2周均未进行任何治疗，均签署知情同意书接受治疗。
