【摘要】儿童包茎是儿童常见疾病，易引起儿童尿路感染，影响儿童阴茎发育，易发展为成人包茎或包皮过长，并与生殖器肿瘤相关。儿童包茎的治疗方法很多，本文介绍了十余种治疗方法。尽管部分儿童包茎有自愈趋势，但较早的适度的无痛的干预，可明显减少包茎的近期危害，改善儿童包茎的预后。本文认为尽早进行手法上翻及包皮口扩张是对儿童包茎适度干预的最好的方法。采用一次性的包茎矫形扩张器进行持续性扩张是儿童包茎扩张的好方法。

【Abstract】Children phimosis is a common disease， which could lead to urinary tract infections of children and affect their penile development. It is easy to develop into adult phimosis or prepuce， and is associated with genital cancer. There are many treatment methods of children phimosis， and this paper describes a dozen of them. Although some children have healing trend， earlier painless intervention can significantly reduce harm of phimosis， and improve outcomes. This paper argues that is the best way for children phimosis through appropriate intervention to turn over and expand the foreskin as early as possible. It is a good way for children phimosis to expand continually using disposable orthopedic dilator.

儿童包茎是儿童常见的先天性疾病，家长比较关注。儿童包茎适度有效干预后有利于儿童生殖器的发育和心理的健康发展。儿童包茎的干预治疗方法有多种，各种方法均存在利弊，及早适度的干预可明显改善儿童包茎的预后。近几年来，临床出现了多种儿童包茎治疗的新方法。本文将详细介绍儿童包茎的概念、危害、自愈性、各种治疗方法及其利弊。

1儿童包茎的概念

儿童包茎是指儿童由于包皮口狭小，或包皮与阴茎头粘连，使包皮不能向后翻开露出尿道口和阴茎头。一般男童出生后都存在包茎，随着年龄的增长部分包茎逐渐好转。罗学宏教授[1]主张儿童包茎分为生理性包茎和病理性包茎。绝大多数小孩出生后都有生理性包茎，即包皮与阴茎头之间发生粘连、包皮口狭小、包皮不能上翻、阴茎头不能显露。……
