编码器轴系晃动对测角精度影响分析

摘要:

光电轴角编码器作为一种精密测角传感器,其测角精度受到多种因素的影响,其中轴系晃动是影响其精度的主要因素之一。为了研究编码器轴系晃动的规律,利用多种检测方法对轴系晃动进行检测,利用傅里叶谐波数学模型对测量结果进行分析,并结合编码器测角精度检测结果,发现测角精度与轴系晃动的低频谐波之间存在固定的函数关系,采用这种关系可以补偿编码器的测角误差。利用这种方法可以在编码器内部或在线的方式进行实时误差补偿,从而达到提高编码器测角精度的目的。这对相关仪器的测量精度的提高起到一定参考意义。

The photoelectric shaft angular encoder works as a kind of precise angle-measuring sensor,the precision of which has suffered from several kinds of factors,and the spindle rotation error is one of the main factors.In order to research the regularity of the spindle rotation error in the encoder,we adopted several different calibration methods to test the error,and then analyzed the testing results with Fourier harmonic mathematic model,in combination with the angle-measuring precision calibration results.We found that the low-order harmonic components in the spindle rotation error was related with the angle-measuring error into constant functional relation,by which we could compensate the angle-measuring precision of the encoder.Consequently,this method could be expanded into the interior or online process in the encoder to compensate the errors in time,and improve the precision of it.It is also referred as a general approach to increase the measuring precision of similar instrument.

引言

光电轴角编码器是一种集光机电于一体的高精度角位移传感器,测角原理主要是利用码盘与狭缝发生相对运动而产生莫尔条纹,对径读取莫尔条纹电信号然后进行电子学细分,得到测角精度[1]。但是码盘工作时作为轴系的一部分会产生晃动误差,会直接影响到电信号的质量,从而影响编码器的测角精度。轴系晃动误差的数学模型可以用傅里叶谐波分析进行定量描述,目前具有多种方法对轴系晃动误差进行检测[2-4],利用目前的传感器集成技术可以将轴系晃动检测集成到编码器内部,实时测出轴系晃动并补偿编码器的测角误差,同时可以开发在线检测系统对测角误差进行修正,以提高编码器的精度等级。……
