“十三五”期间,化纤机械产品将以提升技术水平、提高稳定性、安全性、节能降耗和环保为主要发展方向,而精细化、高效率、数字化、智能化、高精度和可靠性等方面仍是未来的研发重点。在细化常规产品的同时,发展与特种纤维、功能性纤维工艺相匹配的设备及成套工程技术,降低消耗,减少污染,将成为新的趋势。
目前,化纤自动化设备受到了大家的关注,研究用机器人等智能装备代替人工完成卷装外观检验、搬运和包装入出库等工作,提高卷装质量和工作效率,实现化纤长丝生产线数字化全自动化;开发包括聚合、纺丝、后加工、成品检验包装的全流程智能化生产线装备和相关技术,使化纤机械全流程向数字化、智能化方向发展正在成为新的主流。

During the 13th Five-Year Program period, the development of man-made fiber machinery will focus on enhancing the technological level and improving the stability, safety, energy saving and environmental protection,while the future R&D is to be refinement, high production efficiency, digital, intelligent, high precision and reliability. A new trend is to develop equipment and its complete sets of engineering technology to match the special fibers and functional fibers processes so as to cut down consumption and pollution.
At present, the man-made fiber automation equipment has been the focus of attention, and robots are being studied, instead of labor, to complete the package appearance inspection, conveying and packaging into the inventory,etc., in order to improve package quality and efficiency and achieve digital and fully automatic filament production line. It is also to develop the full-process intelligent production line equipment and related technologies, including polymerization, spinning, finishing, finished product inspection and packaging, making full-process intelligent and digital development a new trend for man-made fiber fiber machinery
