目前，化纤自动化设备受到了大家的关注，研究用机器人等智能装备代替人工完成卷装外观检验、搬运和包装入出库等工作，提高卷装质量和工作效率，实现化纤长丝生产线数字化全自动化；开发包括聚合、纺丝、后加工、成品检验包装的全流程智能化生产线装备和相关技术，使化纤机械全流程向数字化、智能化方向发展正在成为新的主流。
