智能化 连续化 短流程

目前，纺织企业正处在转型升级的关键时期。面对劳动力资本上涨、原料价格波动的现状，纺织企业通过使用自动化、连续化设备，实现了减少用工、提高生产率、稳定产品质量等目标。

同时，纺织机械行业“十三五”发展指导性意见中提到，“十三五”期间，纺纱机械将开展智能化、连续化纺纱关键技术的研究与成套装备的开发，完成纺纱设备硬件的自动化联接，实现纺纱设备全流程硬件的联通和智能化运行，进一步减少生产现场操作人数，降低工人的劳动强度，提高生产效率，降低生产运行成本，实现夜间无人值守。

从指导性意见中可以看出，智能化、连续化仍会成为未来几年纺纱设备的发展趋势和方向，除此之外，纺纱设备的短流程化需求会越来越大，为了达到这个目的，传统纺纱设备将会尽可能出现不同工序的联接。

新型纺纱设备方面，全自动转杯纺纱机和涡流纺纱机将被更多用户企业逐渐接受。转杯纺全自动接头成功率和接头效率将会进一步得到提升，涡流纺喷嘴系统的结构设计和纺纱与制造工艺将进一步得到提升，纺纱锭差等问题将得到进一步解决和提升。
