社区护理干预对糖尿病并存冠心病患者不良事件的影响效果

目的 探究社区护理干预对糖尿病并存冠心病患者不良事件的影响效果。方法 选取2014年6月～2015年12月本社区内的糖尿病并存冠心病患者94例作为研究对象，对患者按照年龄排序后进行标号，随机分为两组，各47例，对照组患者在接受治疗期间实施常规护理，观察组患者实施社区护理干预，对比两组患者的心绞痛等不良事件的发生概率。结果 观察组患者的心绞痛不良事件发生率为15.0%，明显低于对照组的41.3%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在糖尿病合并冠心病患者的社区治疗中实施社区护理干预能够显著降低不良事件发生率，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the adverse events of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Selected in the December June 2014 to 2015 the community diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease in 94 cases as the object of study， of patients according to age sorted label randomized， 47 cases， control group patients in the treated during the implementation of routine nursing， implementation of community nursing intervention of patients in the observation group， compared two groups of patients with angina adverse event occurrence probability.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 15%， which was significantly lower than that of the control group （41.3%）， and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Community nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease patients， it is worthy of clinical application.

随着人口老龄化的加剧和人们生活水平的改善，我国糖尿病患者的人数呈显著上升趋势，并且我国糖尿病并存冠心病的患者数目巨大，均处于一种慢性的带病状态。冠心病和糖尿病的共存有着非常密切的关系，冠心病作为糖尿病患者较为多见的并发症，也是导致糖尿病患者出现死亡的重要因素［1］，有超过一半的糖耐量异常患者伴随有冠心病。有相关的流行病学数据显示不良生活习惯是导致患者出现冠心病的重要因素，糖尿病和冠心病病症的发生有着密切关系，同时糖尿病伴随的代谢异常会导致患者出现冠脉血管病变。……
