龙血竭胶囊联合替硝唑对宫颈炎患者免疫球蛋白水平的影响

目的 观察龙血竭胶囊联合替硝唑对宫颈炎患者免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法 选取本院2014年5月～2015年8月收治的宫颈炎患者60例，随机分为对照组与观察组，各30例。两组患者均采用替硝唑葡萄糖注射液进行静脉滴注治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加用龙血竭胶囊，观察两组患者治疗后疗效及免疫球蛋白水平。结果 观察组患者治疗后免疫球蛋白水平明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 龙血竭胶囊联合替硝唑可改善宫颈炎患者的免疫球蛋白水平，且患者治疗后疗效显著，值得推广与应用。

【Abstract】Objective To observe the effect of Longxuejie capsule combined with tinidazole on immunoglobulin protein level of cervicitis patients.Methods Selected from May 2014 to August 2015， 60 cases of cervicitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 30 cases in each group. Two groups of patients are used tinidazole and glucose injection intravenous drip treatment， the observation group patients based on the use of Longxuejie capsules， observe two groups of patients after treatment effect and immune globulin protein levels.Results The observation group after treatment in patients with immune globulin level was significantly better than the control group， the difference is statistically significant （P＜0.05）； observed the patients in the treatment group the total efficiency was 93.33%， significantly higher than that of 73.33% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Longxuejie capsule combined with tinidazole can improve the immunoglobulin levels of the patients with cervicitis and curative effect after treatment in patients with significant. It is worthy of popularization and application.

宫颈炎是常见妇科疾病之一，临床上较为常见的宫颈炎大多为急性，若未得到及时治疗，则会持续感染导致慢性宫颈炎［1］。宫颈炎常见病因有性传播疾病病原体、内源性病原体、慢性子宫颈管黏膜炎、宫颈肥大及子宫颈息肉等，其临床症状表现为阴道瘙痒、阴道烧灼感等，重可导致月经不调、不孕［2］，严重影响女性身心健康。目前临床上治疗宫颈炎的方法较多，但效果不甚理想［3］。本研究旨在探析龙血竭胶囊联合替硝唑对宫颈炎患者免疫球蛋白水平的影响。现报告如下。
