固本祛风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎虚证患者临床疗效观察

固本祛风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎虚证患者临床疗效观察

目的观察运用固本祛风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法随机选取变应性鼻炎患者60例，口服固本祛风颗粒6个月。在治疗前、中、后分别对患者进行主观综合评价，并对患者的生活质量及临床症状进行评分。结果患者临床症状评分、主观综合评价、TNSS总分等各项指标均有不同程度降低，治疗前和治疗3个月，治疗3、6个月，治疗6、12个月之间的评分差异比较均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。相关分析显示TNSS评分同RQLQ总分之间呈正相关。结论使用固本祛风颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎虚证患者能使其临床症状和生活质量有明显提高。

〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the effect of Guben Qufeng granules on allergic rhinitis patients with deficiency syndrome.M ethods The 60 patients with allergic rhinitis were random ly selected，which were orally taken Guben Qufeng granules for six months.The subjective evaluation，rating clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients before，during and after treatment were determined.Results The indicators of clinical symptom score，subjective evaluation，TNSS decreased with different degree，the differences between before treatment and 3 months of treatment，3 and 6 months after treatment，6 and 12 months after treatment were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The correlation analysis shows TNSS score was positively correlated with RQLQ.Conclusion The Guben Qufeng granules can obviously improve symptoms and quality of life f allergic rhinitis patients with deficiency syndrome.

变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）又名过敏性鼻炎，是机体暴露于过敏原后主要由IgE介导的鼻黏膜非感染性慢性疾病，现代研究表明，该病是多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子参与，与遗传和环境的相互作用有关，临床表现以鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻分泌亢进、鼻黏膜肿胀等为主要特点。国际研究报道，过敏性疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势［1］，全球有超过5亿人患有AR［2］。AR的鼻腔局部症状（喷嚏、流涕、鼻痒、鼻塞）和其他症状（耳痛、听力下降、睡眠障碍、哮喘、记忆力减退、头痛等）严重影响患者的学习、工作及社交活动［3］。
