【摘要】 目的：了解孕前医学检查中各种相关疾病的患病率，提高孕前优生健康检查服务质量。方法：对1620例孕前优生检查资料进行分析。结果：1620例孕前优生被检查者中检出异常745例，检出率46.0%，其中遗传性疾病筛查异常356例，检出率22.0%，法定传染病199例，检出率12.3%，生殖系统疾病148例，检出率9.1%，地中海贫血筛查阳性246例，阳性率15.2%，G6PD缺乏筛查阳性110例，阳性检出率6.8%。结论：孕前优生检查异常检出率较高，应该加强孕前优生健康检查的宣传管理，提高孕前优生检查的自觉性，防止严重遗传性疾病患儿出生，对提高生活质量及提高出生人口素质有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the different morbidity statistics from progestational checkup for eugenics in Huadu district and to promote the quality of the service.Method：Retrospective analysis of the related datum from 1620 cases received progestational checkup for eugenics in Huadu district.Result：There were 745 cases of abnormal results detected in the research，detection rate of 46.0%，among which 356 cases were abnormal genetic disease screening，detection rate of 22.0%，the legal infectious disease in 199 cases，the rate of 12.3%，148 cases with reproductive system diseases，the rate of 9.1%，246 cases were positive in thalassemia screening，detection rate of 15.2%，110 cases were positive in G6PD polymorphism screening，the rate of 6.8%.Conclusion：Detection rate of abnormity on eugenics inspection before pregnancy is higher，we should strengthen the propaganda of progestational eugenics health examination management，increase the health consciousness of pre-pregnancy groups，to prevent serious genetic disease children，it is significant for improving the qualities life and newborn baby.

孕前检查指的是准备生育夫妇在生育前进行的身体检查。孕前检查是确保正常怀孕及生育出健康婴儿的从而实现优生优育的重要预防方法[1]，可以预防疾病传染和遗传，保障母婴健康，降低新生儿出生缺陷率，提高我国整体人口素质。为了解广州市花都区新婚夫妇孕前身体健康状况，更好地开展今后的孕前医学检查工作，现将笔者所在医院2014年1-12月1620例免费孕前优生健康检查情况进行汇总分析。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

2014年1-12月来笔者所在医院进行孕前优生健康检查1620例青年，男女各810例。

1.2 方法

所有参与孕前优生检查的专业技术人员均经过培训，执证上岗。体检项目参照广东省卫计委制定的孕前医学检查标准及项目依次进行检查。……
