【摘要】 目的：观察重组人白介素对老年人血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少的临床疗效及药物反应。方法：70例化疗后血小板减少的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在化疗第2周后注射重组人白介素-11，1.5 mg/次，1次/d，连续用药7 d，后隔日一次，用2周停药；对照组不给予重组人白介素治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组主要不良反应有头身关节酸痛、发热无力、恶心呕吐、注射部位红肿疼痛。结论：重组人白介素对老年人血液肿瘤化疗后血小板减少疗效显著，且不良反应可以耐受，临床可以推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical efficiency and side effect of homemade rhIL-11 in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by the chemotherapy of hematologic tumor in elderly patients.Method：Seventy patients with thrombocytopenia caused by the chemotherapy of hematologic tumor were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Homemade rhIL-11（1.5 mg，IH，once per day for 7 days and once every two days for 2 weeks） after two weeks of chemotherapy.The control group was given usual treatment.Result：The total effect rate in the treatment group after giving homemade rhIL-11 was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The main side effects include article-muscle pain，fatigue，fever，sick and vomiting，injection pain，edema in the treatment group.Conclusion：Homemade rhIL-11 is effective chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia，its side effects is tolerance，it is worth of clinical promotion.

近年来，随着工业化进程的发展，环境污染日趋严重，大量存在的造纸、印染、农药等化工厂及过度的家庭装修、与日俱增的汽车，严重污染着大家赖以生存的空气、水源，成为血液肿瘤高发的罪魁祸首。有研究表明，一个城市每增加10万辆汽车，白血病发病率就增加0.002%。此外一些劣质食品添加剂、防腐剂超标，包装材料不合格，经常食用就会损伤免疫功能引发恶性肿瘤等。化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的少数几个方法之一，用于化疗的相关药物会抑制骨髓造血功能，出现血小板等血细胞下降，患者随时可能发生出血，在粒细胞减少期在很大程度上威胁到患者的生命安全，对化疗后血小板减少的治疗方法有输注入血小板、重组人血小板生成素、重组人白介素等[1-2]，可提升骨髓造血功能，提升血小板水平。本文研究重组人白介素-11对血小板康复作用，现汇报如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

70例入选患者均为2011年1月-2014年12月在笔者所在市人民医院肿瘤科住院的恶性血液肿瘤患者，有明确的病理学确诊依据，确诊为白血病、多发性骨髓瘤以及恶性淋巴瘤，其中男37例，女33例；……
