摘 要：国家新型城镇化战略提出要把生态文明理念全面融入城镇化进程。但当前大量的农村建房造成地区环境污染加重，资源浪费，原貌破坏，因此迫切需要提倡生态农居。本设计将结合浙江省仙居县田村调研分析，借鉴安吉生态屋的建造模式，以模块化设计为研究重点，并结合雨水收集系统、太阳能光伏板等生态技术，缓解建造污染，资源浪费的问题，突出传统农村住宅特色。

The Modular Design of Ecological Farming House

Abstract ：New national urbanization has put forward the concept of ecological civilization fully integrated into the process of urbanization. However， the current large number of rural housing areas caused by environmental pollution increase， waste of resources， destruction of the original， there is an urgent need to promote ecological farming house. The design will combine Xianju County， Zhejiang Province Sanyang Village Field research and analysis， drawing Anji ecological house construction mode， modular design research priorities， combined with rainwater harvesting systems， solar photovoltaic panels and other ecological technology， ease the construction of pollution， waste of resources the problem， highlighting the traditional rural residential character.

现阶段，我国新农村建设已经取得一定的成果，但在开展过程中，许多问题也逐步显现：农村环境污染严重；自然资源损耗；建筑样式趋同。基于此，我们选择浙江省仙居县田垟村作为我们的设计基地，利用模块化预制组装特点，探索一种新的农居建造模式。保护生态环境，利用乡土材料，延续传统建筑文化，加强民居特点。

一、市场调研

（一）浙江省仙居县田垟村调研分析

主要对浙江省仙居县田垟村的建筑空间布局、历史资源、自然乡土材料等方面进行调研，了解基地现状，以当地的自然地理环境、风俗习惯为依托，挖掘当地的传统文化，为设计奠定基础。

1.空间布局

为了顺应自然环境和地形特征，村庄住宅布局便会呈现出自由散乱的格局。目前村庄住宅布局主要分为两个区域，一个区域是靠近山体的传统住宅，建筑布局较集中，主要以木质结构和卵石、夯土墙为主。部分古建筑年久失修，没有得到有效保护，导致该区域呈现一种杂乱无章的现状。……
