【摘 要】在创新型国家建设的大背景下，大学生创业意识教育和实践得到了快速发展，但是医学生创业意识教育和实践却相对滞后。本文主要从医学生创业意识教育和实践相对滞后的表现入手，通过社会、医学院校以及医学生三个维度，提出整合社会资源、优化医学院校资源、开发医学生自身资源来加强医学生创业意识教育的具体方法。

【Abstract】Under the context of the construction of innovative country ，theenterprising awareness education and practice of undergraduates have developed rapidly.However，the development of medical students' enterprising awareness education and practice is relatively slow.This article starts mainly with the phenomenon that the enterprising awareness education and practice of medical students have developed slowly.Via three dimensions，including the society，medical schools as well as medical students，the article presents specific approaches of strengthening the enterprising awareness of medical students by means of integrating social resources，optimizing the resources of medical schools and developing the resources of medical students.

进入新世纪，尽管与发达国家相比，我国大学生创业的比例依然很低，但是，伴随着创新国家建设的不断深化以及高等教育向大众化发展的不断深入，我国大学生的就业形式的多元化，特别是大学生创业向快速化、多样化、多层次化方向发展已经成为常态。党的十八大进一步明确提出“要实施创新驱动发展战略”，在这样的大背景下，大学生创业已经成为丰富大学生就业渠道，促进大学生有效就业，实现国家创新型发展战略的重要内容。当前，大学生创业意识教育和创业实践在各个高校得到了迅猛的发展，走出了一个个创业典型，引领者大学生创业的时代风尚。但是，相对于其他类型的高校的学生来说，医学院校特别是医学生创业意识教育却相对滞后。加强医学生创业意识教育已经成为一个涉及社会、医学院校以及医学生等多个维度的重要的问题。

1 医学生创业意识教育相对滞后的表现

当前，国家的大力扶持和社会的高度关注已经让大学生创业已经成为一个时尚和闪亮的名词，各地的大学生创业园如雨后春笋一样成为大学生就业的一道亮丽的风景线。……
