舒适护理在普外科腹腔镜手术中的干预效果

目的 分析研究舒适护理方法对接受普外科腹腔镜术的患者产生的临床护理效果。方法 随机抽取2014年5月—2016年2月该院收治的96例接受腹腔镜手术的病人作为研究对象，根据护理方式的差异，将其分为观察组（n= 48）和对照组（n=48），对照组予以常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上予以舒适护理，对比两组护理满意度、术后并发症出现率、术后舒适度、平均住院时间。结果 观察组护理满意度为97.9%，明显高于对照组的81.2%，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症出现率明显低于对照组，术后舒适度明显高于对照组，并且平均住院时间也明显短于对照组患者，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对普外科腹腔镜术病人采取舒适护理措施，能够使其舒适度过整个围手术期，同时提高患者护理满意度，减少术后并发症的出现，促进患者早日康复，临床应用价值非常高。

［Abstract］Objective Analysis of comfort care for patients undergoing general surgery method of laparoscopic surgery produces clinical nursing effect.Methods Random selection extraction in May 2014—February 2016 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery 96 patients in our hospital as the research object，based on differences in the way of care，which is divided into two groups（n=48）and control group（n=48），the control group received usual care，comfort care in observation group received routine care，based on the comparison of two groups of nursing satisfaction rate of postoperative complications，postoperative comfort，average length of stay.Results The nursing satisfaction 97.9%，significantly higher than 81.2%，the difference was statistically significance（P＜0.05）；postoperative complications observation group was significantly lower than the control group，postoperative comfort significantly higher，and the average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group of patients，the difference was significant，statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Taken to the general surgery laparoscopy patient comfort care measures can make it comfortable to spend the entire perioperative period，while improving patient care satisfaction，reduced postoperative complications and promote early recovery of patients，the clinical application value is very high.

普外科非常常见的一种手术方式就是腹腔镜手术，和传统开腹式相比，这种术后具有很多优点，主要包括：免疫包括、术中出血不多、并发症比较少、痛苦较轻以及恢复快等［1］。其在临床治疗中得到了越来越多患者的认可，可是依然有一些患者会出现紧张以及焦虑等不良情绪，这会对手术治疗效果以及预后产生很大的影响。……
