腹针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：选取腰椎间盘突出患者128例，随机分为对照组64例和治疗组64例。对照组予常规针灸治疗，治疗组以腹针疗法治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后下腰痛评分及临床疗效。结果：治疗后两组患者的JOA评分均较治疗前增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。与对照组比较，治疗后治疗组JOA评分较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗结束时两组患者治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：腹针疗法及常规针灸治疗均可改善腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状，但对于患者下腰痛JOA评分改善，腹针疗法优于常规针灸治疗。

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture on Lubar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion.Methods： Patients were randomly divided into a control group of 64 cases and 64 cases of treatment group.Control group received conventional acupuncture treatment， and treatment group use abdominal acupuncture.Observed before and after treatment of patients with JOA scores and clinical efficacy.Results： After treatment， patients JOA scores than before were increased， the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.01）.Compared with the control group after treatment than the control group JOA scores was higher， the difference was statistically significant （P ＜0.01）.At the end of the treatment of two groups of patients there was no significant difference in efficiency （P＞0.05）.Conclusions： Abdominal acupuncture therapy and conventional acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation，but for patients with lower back pain JOA score improvement， abdominal acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture.

腰椎间盘突出症是指腰椎间盘的退行性改变，在外力的作用下，是腰椎间盘纤维环部分或全部破裂，髓核向外突出。突出的髓核和周围组织损伤性炎性变化形成混合性突出物，刺激或压迫神经根或脊髓引起腰痛的一系列症状。多见于男性体力劳动者，以20-40岁居多。中药及针灸推拿对本病有确切疗效，但部分患者传统针灸疗效欠佳，腹针尚有较高的显效率，具有明显的优势［1-2］。本研究以2014 年7月-2015年12月，在我院门诊诊治的患者为对象，应用腹针疗法疗法治疗腰突症，报告如下。
