机械制造技术在机电一体化专业中的作用研究

修订专业人才培养方案，调整课程体系，是专业建设重要组成部分。“机械制造技术”在机电一体化技术专业地位如何？针对对此技术作用的怀疑，本文在分析机电一体化技术专业建设的背景下，分析机电一体化技术专业的主要岗位，理清岗位需要的主要技能，以包装盒自动生产线中“折盒”工序为主要载体，着重阐述了“机械制造技术”的基础支承作用。

1 概述

机械制造技术是人类历史上发展最早的实用技术之一。在社会经济高速发展过程中，机械制造技术能真实反映一个国家的机械化水平，是机电一体化专业重要组成部分，是机电一体化专业在“设备自动化”和“机器换人”战略中的基础支撑。

1.1 机械制造技术概述

机械制造技术是实现产品设计、完成产品生产、保证产品质量、提高经济效益的共性技术和基础技术。机械制造技术是随人类文明的发展而发展，最早可追溯至石器时代，再到纺纱、战争武器、运输工具、生产设备等等，都离不开机械制造技术，并随机电一体化技术的发展而发展。20世纪70年代后，计算机与信息技术、系统技术、自动控制技术、传感检测技术、伺服驱动技术的迅速发展，带来许多新技术、新工艺，带动机械制造技术产生质的飞跃，其正朝着自动化、精密化、敏捷化和可持续发展方向发展。……
