前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果

目的 探讨前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法 分析陕西中医药大学附属医院手术室2014年1月～2016年1月90例手术患者的临床资料，依据是否实施前馈控制管理进行分组，分为常规管理组40例和前馈控制组50例。观察两组理论知识水平、护理工作态度、护理人员安全管理考核、护理差错行为、护理文书书写质量评分、手术排序错误、手术器械不齐全、组织病理学标本污染、手术室消毒质量不合格发生率、术后并发症发生率和患者满意度情况。结果前馈控制组理论知识水平［（86.3±13.4）分］、护理工作态度［（85.6±12.3）分］、护理人员安全管理考核［（83.6±11.7）分］、护理差错行为［（84.8±12.2）分］、护理文书书写质量评分［（86.2±13.3）分］均高于常规管理组［（75.4±12.2）、（74.3±11.1）、（72.9±10.5）、（73.3±10.2）、（75.6±11.7）分］，前馈控制组手术排序错误（0）、手术器械不齐全（2%）、组织病理学标本污染（0）、手术室消毒质量不合格发生率（0）低于常规管理组（5%、7.5%、5%、5%），前馈控制组术后并发症发生率（4%）低于常规管理组（27.5%），前馈控制组患者满意度（98%）高于常规管理组（87.5%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中应用，可以明显提高护理工作质量，降低安全隐患和术后并发症的发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To discuss application effect of nursing safety management in the operation room by feedforward control.Methods Clinical data of 90 cases of operation patients in the operation room of the Affiliated Hospital of Shannxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to January 2016 were detected and divided into two groups by carrying out feedforward control management or not：conventional management group 40 cases and feedforward control group 50 cases.The theoretical knowledge level，nursing work attitude，safety management assessment of nurse，nursing error behavior，nursing documents writing quality score，operation sequencing errors，no complete of surgical instruments，histopathological specimens of pollution，the disqualification of operating room disinfection quality，postoperative complications rate and satisfaction of two groups were detected.Results The theoretical knowledge level［（86.3±13.4）score］，nursing work attitude［（85.6±12.3）score］，safety management assessment of nurse［（83.6±11.7）score］，nursing error behavior［（84.8±12.2）score］，nursing documents writing quality score［（86.2±13.3）score］of feedforward control group were higher than those of conventional management group［（75.4±12.2），（74.3±11.1），（72.9±10.5），（73.3± 10.2），（75.6±11.7）score］.The operation sequencing errors（0），no complete of surgical instruments（2%），histopathological specimens of pollution（0），the disqualification of operating room disinfection quality（0）of feedforward control group were lower than those of conventional management group（5%、7.5%、5%、5%），postoperative complications rate（4%）of feedforward control group were lower than that of conventional management group（27.5%），satisfaction（98%）of feedforward control group patients was higher than that of conventional management group（87.5%），with statistical difference（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in the operation room by feedforward control can improve nursing work quality，decrease potential safety hazard and postoperative complications rate and increase satisfaction of patients，which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
