焦点解决模式对脑出血患者生活质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响

目的 探讨焦点解决模式对脑出血患者生活质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响情况。方法 以北京天坛医院急诊科2015年1～12月收治的198例脑出血患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规护理组（99例）和焦点解决模式组（99例）。比较两组患者护理前后自我护理能力评分、抑郁和焦虑评分和生活质量情况。结果 护理前，两组自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分及抑郁、焦虑评分差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）；护理后，两组患者自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分均高于护理前，抑郁、焦虑评分均低于护理前，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；护理后，焦点解决模式组患者自我护理能力评分、生活质量评分均高于常规护理组，抑郁、焦虑评分均低于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 焦点解决模式可以改善脑出血患者生活质量及焦虑、抑郁情绪，利于功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of solution-focused mode nursing on the quality of life，anxiety and depression in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 198 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated in Emergency Department of Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as research objects，and divided into the routine nursing group（99 cases）and the solution-focused group（99 cases），according to the random number table.The self care ability score，SAS score，SDS score and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing，the scores of self care ability，quality of life，SAS and SDS between the two groups had no significant differences（P＞0.05）.After nursing，the scores of self care ability and quality of life of the two groups were significant higher than those before nursing，but the scores of SAS and SDS were significant lower，the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.After nursing，the scores of self care ability and quality of life of the solution-focused mode group were significant higher than those of the routine nursing group，while the scores of SAS and SDS were significant lower（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The solution-focused mode can improve the quality of life，relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with cerebral hemorrhage，which is beneficial to functional recovery and worthy of clinical application.

脑出血是指因非外伤引起的脑实质出血，有较高的致死率和致残率，具有病症急迫、病情严重、进展快速、并发症多等特点，给患者的日常生活、学习和工作带来较大的不良影响［1-2］。脑出血患者会出现焦虑、抑郁的情绪变化，降低了患者治疗和护理的依从性，影响了患者的生活质量［3］。采取有效的措施可以改善焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患者的生活质量。……
