外用补骨脂酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的临床观察及护理干预

目的 探讨外用补骨脂酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的效果及护理干预满意度。方法 回顾性分析2014年3月～2015年3月就诊于周口职业技术学院附属医院皮肤科的白癜风患者68例，根据护理方式不同分为试验组33例和对照组35例。两组均采用外用补骨脂酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗，每周3次，10次为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。对照组给予一般常规护理，试验组在此基础上配合整体护理干预。治疗结束后观察两组疗效并对护理干预满意度进行评价。结果试验组治疗有效率（84.8%）及护理满意度（96.9%）均明显高于对照组（45.7%，77.1%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 外用补骨脂酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风效果较好，同时进行必要的整体护理干预也是白癜风治疗的关键。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the treatment effect of Buguzhi Tincture for external use combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of leucoderma and the satisfaction of nursing intervention.Methods 68 cases of patients with leucoderma treated in Dermatological Department，Affiliated Hospital of Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College from March 2014 to March 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different nursing methods，patients were divided into the experimental group（n=33）and the control group（n=35）.Patients in the two groups were all treated with Buguzhi Tincture for external use combined with narrow-band UVB，3 times a week，10 times as a course，treated for 3 courses.Patients in the control group were given routine care，patients in the experimental group were given holistic nursing intervention.The curative effect and satisfaction of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate（84.8%）and satisfaction of nursing（96.9%）in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（45.7%，77.1%），with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment effect of Buguzhi Tincture for external use combined with narrow-band UVB in the treatment of leucoderma is good，meanwhile，combined with holistic nursing intervention is the key for leucoderma treatment.
