血脂康胶囊治疗左室射血分数保留心力衰竭的临床效果

目的 探讨血脂康胶囊对左室射血分数保留心力衰竭（HFpEF）患者左室舒张功能及活动耐力的影响。方法 选取2014年12月～2015年8月于锦州市中心医院心内科诊断为HFpEF的110例患者，将其随机分为常规治疗组和血脂康组，每组55例。常规治疗组给予抗心衰等基础治疗，血脂康组在常规治疗的基础上加用血脂康胶囊0.6 g/d，疗程6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后血脂、血浆B型利钠肽、肿瘤坏死因子α水平、超声心动图参数及6 min步行距离的变化。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后两组患者总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血浆B型利钠肽、肿瘤坏死因子α、左房容积指数及左心室质量指数均显著降低（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；而6 min步行距离明显增加（P＜0.01）；与常规治疗组比较，血脂康组这一变化更为显著，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论 血脂康胶囊不仅可有效降低HFpEF患者的血脂水平，还可进一步改善左室舒张功能，提高活动耐力。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the effects of Xuezhikang Capsules for the diastolic function and exercise endurance in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction（HFpEF）.Methods A total of 110 patients diagnosed as HFpEF in Department of Cardiology，the Central Hospital of Jinzhou City from December 2014 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and Xuezhikang group，with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group was given basic treatment，such as anti-heart failure，on basis of which，the Xuezhikang group was added with Xuezhikang Capsules 0.6 g/d，6 months was as a course.The changes of blood lipid，serum B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP），serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α），echocardiographic indices and 6 minutes walking distance（6MWD）before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before treatment，the levels of serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol，BNP，TNF-α，left atrial volume index and left ventricular mass index of the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01），while 6MWD were ascended in the two groups（P＜0.01），and the changes in Xuezhikang group were more significant than those of conventional group（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.Conclusion Xuezhikang Capsules can not only further reduce the levels of blood lipid，but also improve the diastolic function and the exercise endurance in HFpEF.
