中西医结合治疗心血管病伴发精神障碍临床研究

目的 探讨中西医结合在心血管病伴发精神障碍治疗中的方法与效果。方法 在2014年1月—2015年6月时段内河南省开封市第五人民医院精神科收治的100例心血管病伴发精神障碍患者，根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为观察组与对照组各50例，对照组患者采用盐酸阿米替林片与盐酸氟西汀胶囊结合治疗，观察组患者在此基础上加以中医辨证治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果以及心功能恢复情况。结果 观察组患者治疗显效的有38例，有效的有10例，总有效率为96%，明显高于对照组患者，P＜0.05。心功能恢复情况中，治疗后有38例I级，12例Ⅱ级，显著性明显好于对照组患者，P＜0.05。结论 采用中西医结合治疗的方式对心血管疾病伴发精神障碍患者展开治疗，在患者心功能恢复及疗效上均收获良好的结果，保障患者的生活质量，值得广泛推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the Integrative cardiovascular disease with mental disorders treatment method and effect.Methods In January 2014-June 2015 period in our hospital 100 cases of cardiovascular disease associated with mental disorders，according to the different treatment of the patients were divided into 50 cases in the control group of patients in the observation group and the control group using amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets and capsules combined with fluoxetine treatment，observation patients to TCM treatment on the basis of therapeutic effects were compared and cardiac function recovery.Results Significant effect was observed in patients with cardiac function recovery treatment was significantly better than the control group patients，P＜0.05 indicates a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The combination therapy of the way cardiovascular disease associated with mental disorders to expand treatment，have harvested good results in patients with heart function and effect on，to protect the quality of life of patients，should be popularized application.
