电针联合传统针灸治疗小儿脑瘫40例的临床疗效分析

目的 为了进一步提高小儿脑瘫临床疗效，分析和探讨电针联合传统针灸治疗的价值和意义。方法 按照随机原则抽取80例于2015年3月—2016年3月期间来我院治疗的小儿脑瘫患者作为研究对象，并通过抛硬币的方法将其分为对照组和试验组，入组所有患者均常规给予传统针灸治疗，而试验组患者同时给予电针治疗，对比不同治疗方案对治疗总有效率的影响。结果经过分析发现，试验组和对照组患者均取得一定临床疗效，且试验组患者的治疗总有效率（95.00%）显著优于对照组总有效（70.00%），两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿脑瘫患者选取电针联合传统针灸方案进行治疗，不仅能够提高治疗效果，增加患者脑部营养和血液供应，而且有利于修复受损的脑组织，减轻患者临床症状，效果显著，值得临床应用。

［Abstract］Objective To further improve the clinical curative effect of children with cerebral palsy，to analyze and discuss the value and significance of electro acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture treatment.Methods According to the randomly selected 80 cases during a march in March 2015 to 2016 to our hospital treatment of children with cerebral palsy as the object of study and by the toss of a coin divided into the control group and the experimental group，all patients were routinely treated with traditional acupuncture treatment，while the experimental group patients received acupuncture treatment，compared two groups of different treatment efficacy differences.Results Through the analysis found that the test group and the control group of patients achieved a certain clinical curative effect，the treatment of patients in the test group and the total efficiency（95%）was significantly higher than that of control group，the total effective（70.00%），the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Cerebral palsy patients selected electro acupuncture combined with traditional acupuncture treatment can not only improve the therapeutic effect，increased in patients with brain nutrition and blood supply，but also conducive to the repair of damaged brain tissue，relieve clinical symptoms of patients，the effect is significant，worthy of clinical application.

小儿脑瘫以出生前至出生后的婴幼儿多发，通常是由宫内感染、多胎妊娠、早产、窒息、难产等因素导致的非进行性脑组织或发育缺陷。小儿脑瘫临床以小儿发育迟缓、中枢性运动功能障碍、肌张力异常、姿势异常等作为主要临床表现，同时可伴有不同程度的智力低下、惊厥、烦躁等［1］。小儿脑瘫是造成儿童残疾的主要病因，在我国具有较高的发病率，在影响患儿身心健康的同时也增加了患者家庭和社会的经济、精神负担［2-3］。……
