压敏点恢刺法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效分析*

目的观察压敏点恢刺法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法将颈源性头痛患者72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。两组的针刺取穴均为颈枕部的压敏点，治疗组在压敏点施以恢刺法行针刺治疗，而对照组则在压敏点施以单纯的提插、捻转。隔日1次，3次为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。治疗前后对患者的头痛视觉模拟评分、伴随症状总积分进行评估，并根据疼痛视觉模拟评分的改善率构成比分析其临床疗效。结果两种针刺手法在压敏点进行针刺治疗颈源性头痛，均能有效降低患者头痛的视觉模拟评分和伴随症状的总积分（P＜0.05），治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组在头痛改善率方面有效率均为100.00%，但治疗组显效率为100.00%，高于对照组的61.11%（P＜0.05）。结论压敏点恢刺治疗颈源性头痛不仅可以改善患者头痛的症状，而且可以降低其伴随症状的总积分，其临床疗效明显优于单纯提插捻转治疗。

压敏点恢刺法颈源性头痛临床疗效

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the clinical effect of pressure-sensitive points by relaxing needling technique on cervicogenic headache.M ethods：72 patients with cervicogenic headache were random ly divided into the treatmentgroup and the control group（n=36）.Two groups of acupoint selection were pressure-sensitive points in occipital region.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment by relaxing needling technique on pressuresensitive points，while the control group received simple plug and twisting once every other day，3 times for a period of treatment.There were two courses of treatment.The patients were assessed in headache visual analogue scale and the total integral of accompanying symptoms before and after the treatment，and then the clinical curative effectwas analyzed according to composition ratio of improvement rate of pain visual analogue scale.Results：Two kinds of acupuncture methods on pressure-sensitive points can treat cervicogenic headache，and can effectively reduce the headache visual analogue scale and the total integral of accompanying symptoms（P＜0.05）.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P＜0.05）.The efficiency of the two groups in the improvement rate of headache was 100%，butexcellence rate of the treatment group was 100%，higher than thatof the control group of 61.11%（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Pressure-sensitive points by relaxing needling technique on cervicogenic headache can not only improve the symptom of the patients with headache，but also reduce the total integral of accompanying symptoms，whose clinical curative effect is superior to simple plug and twisting group，worth to popularize and apply in the clinical.
