活血通络解毒方对脑缺血Wistar大鼠血液流变学的影响*

活血通络解毒方对脑缺血Wistar大鼠血液流变学的影响*

目的观察活血通络解毒方对脑缺血Wistar大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成5组，分别为假手术组、模型组和中药低、中、高剂量组。采用改良Longa法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞再灌注模型，造模成功24 h后，经大鼠尾静脉取血检查血液流变学指标。治疗第7天评估各组神经功能缺损评分。治疗第14天，经大鼠腹主动脉取血再次检测血液流变学指标。结果中药各剂量组治疗后血液流变学指标均有改善（P《0.05），且高剂量组血液流变学指标改善较中低剂量组明显（P《0.05），中剂量组改善较低剂量组明显（P《0.05）。结论活血通络解毒方可改善缺血性Wistar大鼠血液流变学指标，这可能是治疗脑梗死的机制之一。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the influence of Huoxue tongluo jiedu Decoction on hemorheology ofWistar rats with cerebral ischemia.Methods：Sixty male Wistarmice were randomly divided into sham operation group，the model group，low-dose group，middle-dose group，and high-dose group.The middle cerebral artery occlusion modelwas established by Longa and othermethods.After successfulmodeling of 24 h，the blood rheology indexes were examined by blood examination of rat tail vein.The neurological deficit score of each group was evaluated on 7th day after treatment.On fourteenth day after treatment，the blood rheology indexes were detected again by the abdominal aorta of rats.Results：The blood rheology indexes of the drug delivery group were better than those of the model group and the sham operation group，and the larger the dose，the more obvious the improvement of blood rheology index.Conclusion：Huoxue tongluo jiedu Decoction can improve hemorheology indexes ofWistar ratswith cerebral ishcemia，whichmay be one of themechanisms for the treatment of cerebral infarction.

急性脑梗死是由于脑部供血障碍，引起脑组织缺血性坏死。课题组前期研究表明［1］，活血通络解毒方可通过降低血清炎症细胞因子的水平而达到改善神经功能的作用。本研究旨在探讨活血通络解毒方对脑缺血Wistar大鼠血液流变学的影响。现报告如下。
