摘 要：转向架是保证铁路货车运行性能的关键部件，转K5型转向架是株洲车辆工厂在引进美国摆动式转向架的基础上，与美方联合设计的适合于中国铁路的25 t轴重转向架，具有良好的动力学性能，能满足我国铁路货车提速重载的需要。该文简单介绍了重载转向架在我国的发展情况，阐述了转K5型转向架研究进程和主要技术参数，详细分析了该转向架各主要组成部分的结构。

Swing-motion Bogie of Railway Heavy Freight Car

Abstract：As the key components of the rolling stock， bogie guarantee its operating performance.Based on the swing-motion bogie introduced from American， associated with American cooperative partner，Zhuzhou rolling stock work designed a 25t axle load bogie suitable for China railway，which was named as bogie K5. The bogie K5 has good dynamic performance and can meet the need of high speed and heavy load of railway freight cars in our country. The development of heavy bogie in our country was introduced briefly in this paper. The research process and the main technical diameter of bogie K5 were expatiated， as the structure of the major components of which were analysed detailedly.

作为铁路货车的关键部件，转向架保证着货车运行性能的不断改善。为适应铁路运输跨越式发展的要求，提升货车装备技术水平，自2003年开始，现中国中车所属长江车辆有限公司、齐齐哈尔轨道交通装备有限公司和眉山车辆有限公司先后设计制造了25 t轴重、120 km/h的转K5、转K6和转K7型转向架，于2008年末停止生产21 t轴重的转向架，在载重70 t级及以上货车上全面装用提速重载转向架，使我国铁路货车轴重由21 t提升到25 t，商业运营速度提高到120 km/h，实现了我国货物列车的提速与重载并举。

1 转K5型转向架简介

2001年，原株洲车辆厂与美国原ABC-NACO公司联合，以合资形式引进美国摆动式转向架技术，成功开发了适用于中国铁路的21 t轴重的转K4型摆动式转向架。随后为将美国成熟先进的25 t轴重摆动式转向架技术应用于中国的25 t轴重货车，在美国原有25 t轴重摆动式转向架及中美联合设计转K4型转向架的成功经验基础上，原株洲车辆厂又与美方联合设计了适应我国铁路的2E轴摆动式转向架。……
