【摘要】如火如荼进行中的新农村建设加快了城乡一体化的进程，改变了农村居住的现状。但是，由于农村的设计条件差、效益低等种种原因，很难吸引设计人员对其进行深入仔细的调查研究，致使这些住宅不能满足农民的传统生活习惯和农村特有的文化，无法满足农民群众的需要。本文就是在这种条件下，从农村传统住宅的庭院入手，尝试对农村住宅的某些方面进行改变。

【Abstract】The full swing of the new rural construction speeds up the process of integration of urban and rural areas， changing the status of rural living. However， due to the design of the rural poor， low efficiency reasons， it is difficult to attract designers' careful investigation of its conduct in-depth research， causing that the farmers can not meet the traditional residential lifestyle and unique culture in rural areas and can't meet the peasant masses needs. This article is in this condition， from the rural traditional courtyard houses start， trys on some aspects of rural housing to change.

1. 社會主义新农村建设

（1）改革开放后中国经济一直保持高速发展，人民的生活日新月异，农村居民生产生活条件也得到极大的提高。但是农村居民的的生产生活条件与城市居民还有较大的差距，因此，三农问题一直受到党中央的高度重视。党的十六届五中全会做出了建设社会主义新农村的重大战略决策。

（2）建设社会主义新农村是城乡一体化的要求，也是经济社会发展的必然要求。目前，相对与城市居住小区，新农村主要是指以农业生产的人口为主、人口密度较小、人口规模较小的社区，其居民大部分以务农作为其经济收入的主要来源。新农村的建设应当包括新住宅建设、新设施建设、新环境建设、新文化建设等方面，而在这些方面中新农村住宅又是其他各个方面的基础。

2. 新农村建设中的问题

（1）现阶段，我国新农村建设仍存在许多的问题，如：农村住宅建设水平差距很大，居民居住环境差，住房功能落后，不符合各地民情风俗等。……
