【摘要】伴随我国经济的高速发展，越来越多的基础设施建设项目被提上日程，为了满足我国经济发展的需要，为我国的全面改革奠定物质基础，最大程度实现建设服务于经济发展的目标，我们必须落实好当前工程建设的质量问题，也就是说必须搞好工程质量的监督。众所周知，建筑项目的质量安全与否直接关系到一个施工单位的经济效益和对外名声，而且，更重要的是，建筑质量是否达标直接关系着人民群众的生命、财产安全，为了保证我国民生建设的顺利推进，我们必须对建筑质量问题提起足够的重视。所以，如何将工程质量的关口把好，杜绝偷工减料的问题发生是目前建筑施工监督部门的工作要点。文中先对当前影响建筑工程质量的主要因素进行阐述，并且深入分析各个要素的本质，找出症结所在，最后，依照存在的主要问题，提出一系列针对性的建议和意见，供业内人士参见。

【Abstract】Along with China's rapid economic development， a growing number of infrastructure projects have been put on the agenda， in order to meet the needs of China's economic development， as China's comprehensive reform laid the material foundation， maximizing building services in economic development objectives， we must implement the current quality of the construction， that must improve the quality of project supervision. As we all know， the quality and safety of construction projects directly related to the economic and external reputation of a construction unit， and， more importantly， whether the construction quality standards directly related to the life and property safety of the people， in order to ensure the livelihood of Construction smooth progress， we have to mention enough attention to construction quality problems. So， how will pass the good quality of the project， to prevent jerry-building is the problem the main points of construction supervision departments. First paper on the current main factors affecting the quality of construction of elaborate and in-depth analysis of the various elements of nature， to find out the crux， and finally， in accordance with the existing problems， put forward a series of specific proposals and comments for the industry to see.
