探讨阿昔洛韦联合丙种球蛋白治疗重症水痘的疗效

目的 观察并分析阿昔洛韦与丙种球蛋白联合疗法在重症水痘的治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取80例重症水痘患儿，依据治疗方法的不同将其列入观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组使用阿昔洛韦进行治疗，在对照组基础上，观察组加用丙种球蛋白，观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 两组退热的时间、疱疹结痂的时间和总住院时间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均不存在严重的不良反应。结论 在重症水痘的治疗中，阿昔洛韦与丙种球蛋白联合疗法安全有效，属于一种行之有效的临床治疗方法，可推广。

［Abstract］Objective To observe and analyze the effects of acyclovir combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of severe varicella. Methods 80 cases of children with severe varicella were selected， according to different treatment methods they were included in the observation group and the control group，40 patients in each group. Control group was treated with acyclovir in the control group， based on which the observation group added gamma globulin for treatment. Results The defervesce time， escharosis time and total hospital stay time in two groups had differences which were statistically significant （P＜0.05）；both two groups did not occur serious adverse reactions. Conclusion In the treatment of children varicella， the combination therapy of Acyclovir and gamma globulin is safe and effective， which is an effective clinical treatment and can be promoted.

水痘在临床上属于一种发病率较高的儿童出疹性疾病，其致病因素主要是水痘-带状疱疹病毒，患儿的症状主要是斑疹、水疱、丘疹、结痂以及发热等。在以往治疗重症水痘时，阿昔洛韦属于常用药物，但是见效迟缓［1］。为了优化重症水痘患儿的用药方案，特开展本次研究，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料：选取2013年10月至2015年10月我院收治的80例重症水痘患儿，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各40例。对照组中，男19例，女21例，年龄为1～9岁，平均年龄为（4.2±1.3）岁，合并症为：支气管炎、肺炎患儿分别为12、18例，病程为4～17 d，平均病程为（9.2±1.5）d；……
