早期乳腺癌保留乳腺手术治疗的临床价值分析

目的 分析保留乳腺手术在早期乳腺癌治疗中的价值。方法 将60例早期乳腺癌患者随机分成2组，各30例，治疗组进行保乳手术治疗，对照组进行改良根治术治疗，对比两组的疗效。结果 治疗组的术中出血量、手术及住院时间、肿瘤转移率和美容满意度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组的复发率及存活率无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 早期乳腺癌患者实施保乳手术治疗效果安全、有效、美观性好。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze the breast conserving operation in the treatment of early breast cancer value. Methods 60 cases of early breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups， with 30 cases in each. Treatment group of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the treatment in the control group compared two groups of curative effect. Results the treatment group of intraoperative bleeding volume， operation and hospitalization time， tumor metastasis rate and cosmetic satisfaction was significantly better than the control group （P＜0.05）， but two groups of recurrence rate and survival rate had no statistical significance （P＞0.05）. Conclusion Patients with early breast cancer， breast conserving operation safety treatment effect， good appearance.

乳腺癌为女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来，随着社会压力的增加及环境的恶化，乳腺癌的临床发病率逐年上升，并呈年轻化趋势，危害着女性的身心健康。早期乳腺癌的预后良好，只要进行及时的诊断及治疗能延长患者的生存时间，改善患者的生存质量［1］。目前，临床上主要采用手术方法治疗乳腺癌，其中以改良根治术及保乳手术为主，为了探究二者治疗效果的差异，本文对在我院实施治疗的60例早期乳腺癌患者进行了分析研究，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料：择取2012年4月至2015年4月在我院实施治疗的早期乳腺癌患者60例，全部符合早期乳腺癌的相关诊断标准，并经病理学检查确诊。采用抽签的方法将60例患者分为2组，每组30例。对照组患者的年龄为31～78岁，平均（53.2±6.4）岁；……
