摘 要：以军事供应链的运行模式为基础，应用精益物流、流程再造优化等先进管理思想，将军队后方仓库保障运行中的各种业务流程及其环节进行优化、创新，实现各保障作业单元间保障功能的互补，最终建立一套科学合理的执行规范标准，形成“精心服务、精细管理、精确保障、精益评估”的军队后方仓库精益物流体系。

Abstract： Based on the operation mode of the supply chain， the application of lean logistics， the optimization of process reengineering and advanced management ideas， to the rear material warehouse to ensure operation of various business processes and link optimization， innovation， realize the complementary security safeguard function between operation units， eventually establish a scientific and reasonable standards of implementation， form a“meticulous service， fine management， precision safeguard， lean assessment”rear lean supply chain warehouse logistics system.

精益物流（Lean Logistics）是起源于日本丰田汽车公司的一种物流管理思想，其核心是追求消灭包括库存在内的一切浪费，并围绕此目标发展的一系列具体物流管理方法。

然而，我军现行的军队后方仓库保障工作，在作业流程、实施程序，设施规划与建设等方面存在一定问题，与现代精益物流思想还存在一定差距，制约了军队物资保障的效率和效益。

因此，开展军队后方仓库精益物流规划与设计研究，已经成为解决军队物资综合保障能力提升问题的当务之急。但目前国内外学者对精益物流的研究主要致力于地方企业效益的提升，要真正将其应用于军队后方仓库保障工作当中，还必须结合军队物资保障作为军事活动所表示出来的自身特点，因此有必要站在军队后方仓库保障运作规律的基础上，进行军队后方仓库精益物流规划与设计研究。
